They always make my coffee good, the fries aren't old, they are efficient, and they offer great service.

Good experience from start to finish, even though there was a mistake with my order. Food was hot and tasted amazing. The employees were friendly and eager to help! Nice service McDonald's!

The Lancaster Ave location is the best in Reading. It used to be 5th Street Highway but it’s a hit or miss with that one. I just pulled up at 3am on a Tuesday and they had me wait for about 3min for FRESH FRIES!!! I’m lovin’ it! Lol

Food is better than most McDonald's I go to. The service and atmosphere were good, too, but the food was great. They have electric kiosks, and it's generally quite clean.

I went to the drive thru window so the atmosphere was just me and I was great. The food was good and the service was great, I will go back here.

Very good special. Mix and Match for $5. Plus large fries. Terrific sandwiches. They accept major credit cards, including Am Ex. A very nice place to dine or just drop-in. Kid friendly meals. Unlimited coffee refills.......

Always good. My lil guy's 5 and loves nuggets & fries. Up until recently, he really only liked them from another place...but he's all about McDs nuggets now. Never a really long wait, food is fresh & hot, order's always right. Day or night, the crews here got things on point! 💯

I order on the app, and it makes it go fast. Mccdonalds is always giving out deals !

Outstanding customer service for a McDonald's!!! My wife and I came through Reading and figured why not . The young man named Nick has appreciation and helpfulness to please the customer on point ! You have a great employee that would apparently handle management as a gift!

Frequent customer usually in and out, but today was amazing I forget the cashier's name but he was awesome and went out of his way to make my son's visit extra special cause my son wanted a certain hot wheel toy and the cashier went and got it for him and it made my son's day he was so excited. It was nice to see that
