Fantastic experience. Got my son in right away and took care of his problem explaining along the way everything that was being done. Rare to find doctors like Marasovich these days. People who left a 1 star review never even saw him and that's unfair. What's really most important when you go to a doctor? The floor and walls or getting great treatment and having your issue solved immediately? Appreciate the great care.

Dr. Marasovich and his staff are top-notch! Always friendly, always accommodating, and he really takes the time to listen and get to the root of the problem! He builds such a good report with his patients. His staff are so friendly and caring, and always able to get me scheduled in quickly when I'm having issues. I'd recommend this practice to anyone!

My 10 month old baby had been getting endless ear infections for months, we had gone through the entire list of antibiotics and it ended with many rounds of the painful antibiotic injections which in the end became resistant to those as well. I was frantically calling every ENT in the surrounding Pittsburgh area desperate to get my son in for tubes ASAP but the soonest I got was months out and a few telling me they rarely do tubes before a year. A coworker recommended Dr. Marasovich after he fixed complications his child had from tubes put in by another doctor. They got my baby in within the same week and Dr. Marasovich did not even question me or bat an eye at the suggestion for tubes. We scheduled my sons procedure 4 weeks from the first appointment. He just had his tube surgery done earlier this week and Dr. Marasovich and the team at Sewickley Hospital were amazing! As first time parents we were so anxious to have our little one go under for a procedure but it went so well and everyone was supportive and great. My baby is feeling 100 times better thanks to them! A million thanks to Dr. Marasovich and the outpatient surgery teams at Sewickley for fixing my boy up and ending this nightmare!

Dr. Marasovich is the top ENT with an extremely long successful medical career! He has the best bedside manner for all ages.

For the person who viewed the office as a reflection of his medical capabilities, shame on you. You have no idea what you missed out on. He takes the time to listen, understand your history, and even your own medical conclusions. Yes he uses paper filing and his office is dated. His care, concern and medical capability is perfection! He did my husband’s T&A and three of our children’s.
He had to even fix the mess Children’s did on my son’s T&A.

Been going to Dr. Marasovich for years. The best ENT. Took care of my tonsils and I have tubes scheduled with him in April. Guy is an absolute beauty. If you leave a one star review for Dr. Marasovich, you’re a moron and a piece of human garbage. Go kick rocks.

Thank you Dr. Marasovich x10! Our infant daughter was having chronic ear infections, months and months of antibiotics and the pediatrician telling me to wait it out. We could not get into the children’s ent for months, but with my first phone call to dr. Marasovich, they got us in within three days. He was so kind and gentle, listened to our concerns and explained everything to us in detail. He even got our daughter in for tubes surgery two weeks later. The surgery was quick and communication was thorough. Highly recommend!

Top notch doctor! He did my 4 year old tonsil removal, we couldn't have had better care! Called us later that night and the next day to check on us, he truly cares about the patient!! I would give 10 stars if I could. Thanks doc

Wonderful doctor I can’t say enough about this man. He has saved me and my family many of times from horrible ear/sinus infections. He is a very compassionate, considerate and down to earth doctor. He is solution oriented, professional and really knows his stuff. He values his patients and never treats them like they don’t matter. My whole family has been going to his practice since my grandmother was a young woman. If there ever is a long wait to be seen it’s only because he is doing things correctly and doesn’t treat his patients like a number. So in my opinion it’s worth the wait. I hope that he doesn’t retire any time soon because he is a rare gem and modern doctors aren’t even in the same league.

He is the most phenomenal Dr, I ever met. He truly cares about his patients . His empathy and patience are like no other. He sits there, like your the only patient for the day!!! Lol
He let's you make your own decisions but clearly explains everything you need to know.
I never had any issues with my ears, until now- so this was all an unexpected experience. (Not fun)

I don't usually post reviews for doctors, but Dr. Marasovich is so wonderful that I really wanted to share. My son was getting ear infection after ear infection after ear infection. He was about 9 months old and had been on so many rounds of antibiotics and miserable the whole time - not sleeping, always congested, etc. We finally skipped the pediatrician who was little help, and went to Dr. Marasovich based on recommendations from others. He was so wonderful with my baby, and could see immediately that he needed tubes. He fit us in just days later because my son was so miserable, and said only in exceptions would he do tubes for babies under 1 unless it were really necessary. It was totally painless, so fast, and solved all my son's problems. A year later the tubes are still in place but we suspect my son needs his adenoids out as well, and once again Dr. Marasovich was wonderful and advised us to wait until my son is a bit older and to come back to track it. He explains things in a way you can understand, he's so wonderful with children, and you can just feel that he really cares about his patients and even the parents. I'll recommend him 1000 times.

My 2 year old had tubes put in after several months of evaluation to determine whether she needed them. Dr. Marasovich was caring, efficient, and very informative. He called later that evening to check on my daughter and again the next day. We were completely satisfied with him.

First of all I've had the pleasure of speaking with individual office staff. Each competent but, nicer & kinder than the last.
Dr. Maranovich is a first class, top shelf, professional. Highly informative, with the knowledge & experience of his career. A caring & engaging human being with a superior intellect.
Physicians should be cloned from this doctor & the staff that handle the front desk area.

Best doctor I've had, and I don't say that lightly. Very nice and professional, not even two minutes in the room and he was "I know how we will treat this" and was very informative for me.
It was such a relief after a month with doctors who didn't even give me the time of day into seeing what was wrong with me and just tossing pills at me.

Highly recommend! I recently went for a physical and the doctor saw something in my ear, it was "little white things" they could not get one out with tools or flushing but could see them.

Doctor was confident it wasnt organic, bugs, etc but in 20+ years never saw anything like it ... so I searched and found Dr Marasovich who was excellent, saw me the same day I called and one quick look and he said your not going to believe this

I've only seen this 3 times in my career ... but it's sand! From the beach! (Was at the beach a cpl months ago) never knew it was there and probably would have been fine there but very happy to get it out!

He prescribed drops, used them for 3-4 days to loosen everything up and he got every spec out!

Very kind, professional and capable, if you need an ear doctor or surgeon Dr Marasovich is your guy!

Really Thorough, Kind and Learns You. My one Dr. referred me over to Dr. Marasovich. I am SO glad he did. He takes the time to learn you, even if there are other people waiting His staff is responsive.
Dr Marasovich is what I will call 'gently aggressive' he has some old school 'magic' he will use and of course is not prescription happy but provides what is needed to make you better. He digs deeper to get to the root of the cause.

I have been battling with ENT issues for a while and he is working on these piece by piece.

Since this is a place for all of you to learn about the Dr. let me dig in a bit and share more, so you have details, that you may want to know.

You need to know if you go: It does get busy, so be prepared, he is in demand, but they really seem to work to get you on the schedule.

Maryann (sp?) is the nicest lady and tries to accommodate everyone.
There are Saturday Hours. Yes, there are. I suggest a later morning appointment if you can get one just from experience. ON Saturdays it is cash or check only. During the week you can use a Credit Card. (just so you know)

He provides allergy shots here and there are always clients getting this service. That is often why the waiting room is filled.

Parking is not comped (just in case you want to know that) but the hospital has plenty of covered parking.

The only thing I would say that I dislike is that there is no way to get anything done, unless you go there to pick up a prescription.

The office has no computer, schedules are done by hand in an appointment book but no on a computer, so if you forget your appointment, you must have some idea of when it is before calling in and asking the receptionist to find it.

Also prescriptions have to be carried from you to the pharmacy. I don't care, but since I am reviewing to share I want you to be aware. Files here are not online but really paper. I think this is the charm of the office.

He is top of his game, listens, understands, does not over prescribe or under prescribe medication. Dr. Marasovich seems to just attack the issues that cause illness piece by piece. If it is out of his realm he will tell you. Just plain honest and good.

After visiting an awful ENT at AGH who did nothing but add testing for issues I did not have so they could collect on insurance, yet never found any issues, I am so glad to have dug deeper for a different referral.

Go prepared to discuss your issues. Make sure any other Dr. you work with can FAX your records so you have what you need to help out Dr. Marasovich. Best Doctor I have found in a long time who really wants to help.

This doctor is so respectful and caring. He listens to everything and gives you time to think about your options. He informs and empowers his patients. My whole family feels safe with him!

Been nothing but amazing with boy of my kids! My baby was barely a year old his first set of tubes and he took great care of him!

So glad we found him! He cleared up all my dad’s ear problems and was pleasant, compassionate and listened to our concerns. Absolutely no complaints and would highly recommend this doctor.

My daughter (9) had her tonsils and adenoids removed by doctor Marasovich. He was great with her and her recovery was amazing. I would highly recommend him.
