Miriam and Andy were a tremendous help. I spent a total of 20 minutes in the store. I knew what I wanted (in terms of features); they manifested that into the perfect fit couch for my home. Thankful for terrific service - definitely a repeat customer.

Great experience working with Dale! We felt he was very knowledgeable about the products and showed us lots of options that would work for what we were looking for. Lots of delivery options, and we could specify an early morning delivery. Very happy with this experience, would definitely recommend!

I liked that when I first went in the sales reps did not converge on me right away. Miriam did approach when I couldn’t find what I was looking for. She showed me what I was looking, gave run downs on the ones I was interested in and then helped me with financing. The people at this Bobs furniture were all excellent, nice and courteous. 5 stars

We were looking for new furniture. My daughter had previously purchased furniture from Bob's. She recommended we try the store. Upon going to the store, we found a large selection. Our sales lady was Miriam, she was friendly and helpful. We chose a sofa and loveseat combo. Miriam was very professional in helping us find the perfect furniture. She gets a 5 star.

We purchased a dining set from Louis who was the salesman and then Andy a sales manager came and introduced himself and was very helpful. They were not pushy as we toured the store to see what else we might want. It was an entirely a pleasant experience.

Just want to thank Eric for all his help and knowledge with our living room set. We purchased a beautiful, high quality leather set at a price, no other local competitors could meet. Loved the friendly service and dealing with someone that appreciated our business.

Luis is the man. Hooked us up with an awesome and easy experience. This location was impressive with not only a ton of couch options ranging in material and color, but also had them in stock ready to go! Luis went out of his way to get us not only exactly what we needed, but also WHEN we needed it.

We went to Bob’s Furniture to buy bunk beds for our grandkids! They had a nice selection! Eric was a great and informative salesman! They were very friendly and professional there. We will definitely go back as we saw a very nice sectional that we liked. I highly recommend Bob’s!

My experience was awesome! I purchased my 2nd sofa set from Bobs and let me tell you it looks so beautiful in my living room. The rug also goes perfect with my decor! I really appreciated my sales guy Eric, he was very patient with me and my boyfriend and spent all the time we needed with us to purchase the best set! I will refer anybody to Bobs and Eric!

Luis is absolutely amazing! We stopped in a few weeks prior and he helped us out so we went home thinking. When we went back we wanted him because he gave us such an amazing experience. We were able to get all we needed and still had a great person assisting us. He made us feel like we were not just customers and was able to answer all od our questions. We asked a lot and if he didn't know the answer he got us the answer. If you go in ask for Luis!

My wife and I stopped in after visiting a retail store in the same strip mall. We were greeted by a nice sales person named Eric Allen. We stated we were just looking. We walked through the store and found a sofa set that Ed thought was nice and comfortable. A few minutes later we spoke again to Eric and decided we were interested in the set with a few changes. He put together the list of pieces and priced them out for us. He then explained the 2 delivery options and also explained the warranty info which we purchased. Overall we had a very nice experience.

Awesome furniture store. Salesman was great (Dale) he did not once pressure me and my wife. He also had a great personality. Great prices. Would recommend Bob's to all of family and friends

Needed a new sofa so we went here to see what they had. I became very apparent that we were gonna have a hard time picking the perfect one because so many sofas had what we were looking for and was so comfy. Veronica came over to see if we had any questions and she was incredible and so sweet. We found one that we liked but said we would come back. Looked at 2 other places but they didn't have near what Bob's had and we couldn't find anything that had what we were looking for. Went back to Bob's where Veronica was so excited to see us again. She made the process so easy, she remembered everything we wanted, and more. So happy we checked out this place because our new sofa with everything we want is arriving on Friday!!!! Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for furniture. Everyone is so welcoming and knowledgeable.

Excellent sales people, friendly & knowledgeable. We have been pleased in the past with the furniture quality, it has always held up well. Just be aware that delivery charges & furniture protection options are pricey and will add a good deal to the cost.

Great experience. Their staff isn't pushy. They gave us time to check things on our own but were there when we had questions with answers and advice. Dealt with Orlando. He was awesome super helpful.

Dale was amazing with helping me and being patient in chosing what pieces of furniture I wanted. I also interacted with Kevin who was a very sweet associate as well and informative. Jen from acceptanceNOW was super helpful as well and between all 3 associates my needs were met and I couldn't be happier! Can't wait for my furniture to be here Friday!! Thank you guys so much! Bought a loveseat and 2 matching recliners for considerably less than I’d thought we’d spend. Sales associate Katie was awesome. We mentioned what we wanted, she pointed out exactly what we were looking for without trying to upsell our talk us into something else and then she gave us space to test and check everything out on our own. No hovering, no pushing, no excessive inquisition. She answered everything we asked and was great to work with. The entire process was honestly surprising. I’ve had more hassle trying to buy a pair of shoes! Will buy again from Bob’s!

Adam did a great job helping my daughter and I with finding a new bedroom suite for her room. Adam was very knowledgeable and patience with us (her) during the decision making time. :) We would highly recommend you ask for Adam when you go to Bob’s in Wyomissing!

I was happy with my purchase of a new chair, yesterday.
I was supposed to receive a phone call today about my delivery time delivery for this Thursday, January 11th. It is 4 :10 pm and , I have not received a confirmation phone.
I am not happy about this, at all.
