I’ve never given anyone a review before but after my experience today I had to. We had a big order and the staff made very sure that ir was going to the right people. Everything was perfect!! I’ve never had fast food that looked just like the advertisements and tasted so good. I had the A1 burger and it was juicy, perfectly crisp onion rings and just the right amount of sauce. Everything else was perfect too. The health brownie sundae was amazingg. My new favorite item.

I treated myself to the 3 piece chicken tenders and a small blizzard Heath. So yummie.

The food was great! We enjoyed fast & friendly service! The Funnel cake with the ice cream and strawberry topping we're the best!

Dining room is clean , bathrooms are ok, service is friendly and the food is really good - especially the chicken strips and cheeseburgers.

The DQ near my home stopped serving food other than ice cream years ago....and I have missed the burgers and fries and chicken, etc. It was great to find this DQ! The food was excellent, as was the service and every patron eating in. Nice atmosphere. I will be back!

Blizzard was the bomb! I got one even though I'm lactose intolerant it's that good. Got through the line really fast and no hold ups vary efficient and respectful service.

I came to DQ first time and I love it... Lots of choices. the ice cream all sorts of choices to make all are very good. They sell ice cream cakes and ice cream cakes for birthdays party.

I ordered a blizzard that does not usually come with whipped cream and the gentleman allowed me to order what I wanted and added the whipped cream. He also was willing to add the topping to my husband's blizzard and he even marked the top so we could tell them apart! I really appreciate this kind of customer service because it proves how much someone really values their job!

Family friendly, great food, fantastic service, food is ALWAYS served hot and with a big smile. Ice cream is always delicious and entertaining of choices. It is a safe heaven for students and a welcoming atmosphere for ALL. YOU MUST MAKE THIS A PLACE TO VISIT IN BERKS COUNTY!

I’ve only ordered from here via Doordash, and coming from the west coast DQ was new to us. My orders are always correct, and sealed perfectly! The only ice cream shop around here that actually seals the ice cream and drinks to avoid spillage and tampering! I’ve only had them forget minor things (like bbq sauce) and my food always arrives hot and fresh which is all I want in food delivery. I’ve never been inside or dealt with any of the employees directly, but I still give them five stars for service just based on how my food arrives.

Their chicken fingers are so good I haven’t tried any burgers yet 😭

Great service, awesome employees..been there over 50 times now and I have to say the employees that work there are friendly, energetic, kind most of all professional. This is great place for ice cream and burgers .They also have a out door seating area with tables and benches. Good place for little ones if there into sweets.There is a large variety of icecream cakes already made .they also have a small but large dining area.Update . They got even better

Owning my own business I know first hand how valuable the people are who work for you! The Dairy Queen that is located in Kenhorst ,PA is very blessed to have a young man by the name of Danny working for them! I met Danny when I purchased a last minute large ice cream cake for my husband’s birthday! It was already decorated very nicely , but I mentioned to Danny that I wished I had ordered it ahead of time so I could of put some fishing decorations on the cake. Immediately he says , I can help you with that and comes back with a Super Awesome Large plastic shark that fit perfectly on the cake like a custom fit! Everyone loved it especially our grandchildren! The cake was super delicious and the service was GREAT thanks to your SUPER AWESOME EMPLOYEE , DANNY ! They always fill your order quickly and servers are pleasant. If you order sit-down, they will bring it to your table. I usually order our ice cream to go. They will do special orders which my family loves. I also love their blizzard cakes!

I love the way they support the local schools they know education is key and there food is amazing

In all honesty, I have never been to a kind and fast friendly fast food place in awhile. Ladies were very kind, and overall my experience was blown out the water. When compared to other fast food chains like McDonald's, or Burger King, Dairy Queen is a bit more pricy, but the quality of the store and food make up for that extra penny.

Thank you for everything you do for kids, DQ, we love you, your food, and your place. Compare other fast food stores, this place is much warmer, more welcome, more professional. The Chicken Flame is great. The burgers are way higher about average. Juicy sandwichs and lovely faces, always see both customers and employees happy, which is very important for the atmosphere. I like this place.
