My wife and I needed to restock our supplies after travelling abroad and found Dorothy and Karen extremely helpful throughout the shopping experience. We will definitely be returning to the store.

I’ve been using this pharmacy for awhile and have had 0 problems with the staff, picking up prescriptions, prices etc. the pharmacist has always been kind and knowledgeable. Those leaving bad reviews seem like people who will never be satisfied with anything (like all of Berks County)…maybe they need to take a look in the mirror… And plan ahead if you’re going to show up at a business 2 minutes before they close. They have lives too.

Utilized them because my "usual" pharmacy doesn't have a drive thru, nor do they have delivery services. Depending on different circumstances in life, those 2 options are phenomenal, and a blessing! Well, one experience with a medication I had filled, was enough of a wonderful experience for me to transfer all my scripts there. Very helpful on the phone and in person, polite, knowledgeable etc. Nothing but wonderful experiences each time. Kudos to the staff at the store I use! 💯 🌟

Today I went to Riteaid in Kenhorst and decided to get a flu shot. Raji was above and beyond amazing. I am petrified of shots. She was so caring and kind. I honestly did not even feel the shot. They always treat me well. I am so glad I changed my pharmacy to Riteaid. They have the most incredible staff. Not only in the pharmacy but the store also. I have a good experience every time I go. Thanks Raji!

I've been going here for years and the front store cashiers are always helpful and polite. Karen in particular is always so nice, welcomes me inside, and rings everything up with care.

Store has easy to find products for special needs in health care OTC items

Standard Rite Aid. Pharmacists are super nice!

Found what I needed and saved me a longer trip.

The associates are kind and helpful, but the pharmacy staff on the other hand are rude and impersonal. I prefer the store at 500 E. Lancaster Ave. All of the associates know your name. You can count on them to go out of their way to help out or answer your questions.

Only problem I have is with the pharmacy never have my prescriptions ready besides that l like this location

A few days ago I arrived at 5:50 knowing they closed at 6. I live very close by so I stopped by to grab my prescription (which is very hard for me to get out of the house lately with 2 small children). There was someone in front of me who took an entire 10 minutes just to pick up a prescription. When I got to the window the woman simply told me they were closed and refused to give me my prescription (which would’ve taken 1 minute tops). I was really disturbed by this since I had already been there and they were still open when I had arrived.

Also want to say one of the pharmacists is really rude and unprofessional. The other 2-3 pharmacists are wonderful. Always kind, and understanding. Staying kind and doing your job with care, while keeping any preconceived notions to yourself reflects the utmost professionalism.

To be honest, their one new pharmacist is not prepared for this level of customer service. I tried multiple times to ask if I had any more prescriptions to pick up but she simply kept telling me to pay now.

Your pharmacy staff are rather rude... from my experiences going here. No issues otherwise asides from them.*I don't rate places one star for nothing*

Had a complication once with a change in price of one of my medication and I decided to go inside and ask about what happened both patiently and calmly. Only to have a unpleasant experience honestly... To top it off they never call to tell you if your medicine is ready. There has been too many times that my medication were supposed to be ready only to find out that they were not thus wasting gas. Went one time to pickup my medication and the pharmacy was closed without any notice prior upon arriving. No notice on the window or anything...
