Absolutely top notch medical care superior office personnel always polite and looking to help facility is always clean and kept up with the medical staff is very knowledgeable including the doctors first and foremost the medical assistants are also very knowledgeable and polite and very helpful 😀 everytime I need an appointment I call and it alot of times is same day or next hands down the best of the best

This medical practice is now called Tower Health Medical Group Internal Medicine at Muhlenberg. Since the Reading Crest Office is now closed my doctor, Robert Brackbill will be seeing patients here. The building has been enlarged and upgraded to accommodate the new doctors from the other office. Comfortable waiting room and a friendly staff.

They treat long term patients terribly. Turned my father away because he arrived at 130 for his 130 appointment! Said oh we can't see u today bc you didnt arrive 15 mins early, but u cant make another appointment until 6 months from now. Wow! Considering that he has been a patient of this practice for years, its absurd. Very disappointing.

They never called back that appointment was cancelled due to dr.on vacation.Was scheduled weeks in advance.Ever since Tower Health is involved nothing but trouble.The nurse never calls you back!

Dr. Reyner used to be a good doctor, but lately just seems like he doesn't care.
