I had been seeing the same stylist for about the past 8 years, but because she’s going out on maternity leave, I had to find somewhere new. The salon is so cute, but lively! Kelly was really friendly and easy to talk to - she gave me highlights and a cut that I love. Their pricing is more than reasonable and I will definitely be going back!

I am new to the area and was looking for a new stylist. I was very hesitant on changing stylists but knew an hour commute was just not feasible. I took the leap and called the salon. Within a couple hours, they called me back and scheduled me for the same week (which was requested by me). As soon as I walked in, I knew it was a friendly place. I was welcomed with a smile! Amanda did an absolute amazing job on my color and cut. She worked with me to choose the perfect color and was honest on what I needed trimmed. I left feeling like I met a new friend and also super pleased with my cut and color. Really happy with the pricing as well. So happy I found a new stylist that's in my area. Will be coming back again.😊

For men's haircut Christian does an outstanding job. I have been a regular customer now for a year and have never been disappointed. He has done a couple different style haircuts for me and they are always to expectations. It feels good when you find someone who does a fantastic job consistently.

3 years late (2024)r, I am still going there and loving the service I get! I always love the haircut I get there, and I'm so grateful that they are agreeable to making my appointment when no other people will be around, as I am older and have conditions that make me susceptible to coronavirus.

I was looking for a new salon being new to the area and I'm glad I took local recommendations to come to Twisted Scissors! Amanda was able to accommodate me the next day for a haircut (I was in desperate need of). The salon is clean and a great atmosphere. When seeking a great salon I am most impressed with how everyone treats you and from the first moment I called to my appointment, everyone was so nice. Their services are very reasonable-- I would happily pay more! I'll be back soon for color and I'm glad I found a great salon!

Amanda and Kelly are absolutely awesome. They keep my hair looking fabulous. It’s hard to find a good stylist and I trust these two completely to do whatever they have in mind with my hair. The salon is very welcoming and friendly. Also, they always have great products and clothing/scarves for Purchase from local shops

Really nice place. Beautiful , calming inside. Nice atmosphere, the other customers are nice too and just chit chat. Amanda did my hair and i love it! Im very picky about who touches my hair but she made me feel very comfortable. She was very patient with me, I was trying to pick a new hair color and she was great at helping me decide. Perfect cut as well. Highly recommend.

Kelly is an very talented stylist and a master of color and highlights. Excellent friendly service, warm and inviting atmosphere. Love, love, love them!

Went to Amanda for the first time a few days ago. I always dread getting my hair cut because it's usually a horrible experience. She was amazing. I showed her what I wanted and it looks incredible. She is my new stylist! I absolutely love my cut!!!

I've been going to Kelly and Amanda for 8+ years and love them. They know my preferences and will do anything to make my hair just like I want it. They are the best in the area! I moved to South Carolina and make it a point to get a haircut or color every time I come home to visit!

Amanda is wonderful, I moved form the city to Glenmoore and had to part with my hair dresser whom I loved!!!!

Amanda did a great job with my cut and color. I wanted some highlights but nothing too dramatic and she did exactly what I wanted. I am new to the salon and will definitely be back and will send my husband and son in as well.

Kelly has been doing my hair for years and I'm never disappointed. She always knows what to do with my hair even when I'm not sure. Highly recommend, I have naturally curly hair and it's always difficult to find a stylist who can actually cut it!

A laid-back, kid-friendly atmosphere. Staff are all polite and welcoming. Amanda did a great job with my hair. All-around good experience.

I saw the barber and he was one of the friendliest people I think i've ever met. He gave me the freshest haircut i've ever gotten and it was way too good of a price. Definitely will be going back.

I never know what style I want my hair to be so I always have Kelly surprise me. She always knows exactly what to do and I am never dissapointed!
