Rite Aid

This Rite Aid is very close to my home. The staff members are always very nice. The pharmacy staff is excellent! I wish more people appreciated them, as they don't know what they have to deal with on a daily basis.

I came here to get my passport photo taken. The printer was not working properly but when they did get it fixed the cashier (Madison) gave the photo's for free.

I've been going to this Rite-Aid every month for two years. The staff is excellent and caring. The pharmacists are kind and are willing to help with insurance and physician issues. Great customer care and almost no wait times.

Kudos to Rite Aid in Morgantown. I am over 65 and got my first appointment via the government vaccine distribution map site. Rite Aid Morgantown had one appointment left on January 22 which I grabbed. I had never been there before. I live in West Chester. I had such good luck with the site, I couldn't believe my appointment was real. So I drove there and talked to John M. (RPH) and showed him my confirmation to see if it was legit and it was. They were going to start vaccinating the next day and my appt. was on that Friday. He was SO helpful as was the lady behind the counter. So, I went on that Friday expecting long lines even with appointments because you see so much of that on the news and because John was very open and told me that they were new at this and it may take a bit to get things organized so to just kind of expect that when I showed up it being only the second day they would be doing it, it may require a bit of patience. But I showed up and it was like they had been organized for months and had it down pat. No lines! It was amazing. Employees knew exactly what they were doing every step of the way. This store knows how to do it right! All by appointment but all set up and handled so well and so efficiently and all with treating the patient like gold. On that day a wonderful pharmacist named Aravina ( or something like that - sorry) gave me my first vaccine Painless! She then set me up with my white card and told me to come back on 2/19 for the second vaccine. At that point they were going to call people about a week out from their second appt. I did get a call from Angeline who was SO nice and she told me when to come in on the 19th. Wed. the 17th, I got a call from another Rite Aid Angel - Sarah - and she told me that they were asking people on my date to come in between 10 and 12 because they had arranged more help to help distribute the vaccine. I went today, the 19th, and once again - even after a snowstorm or actually still during one, I walked into a well run, efficient, customer focused, set up that I could not believe. No lines, no crowds. Customers waiting for their shots (there were a very few because they stick to appointments) were all happy and in great moods because of the excellent way that Rite Aid in Morgantown is distributing vaccines. Today, John the Pharmacy Manager gave me my second vaccine (painless). He was kind, professional, absolutely wonderful in every way. I waited my 15 min afterwards and was gone. It took no time at all. I probably waited all of five minutes after I got my paperwork settled at the counter. In fact today, customers were so happy that we cheered and clapped for each other as we went in and got the shots. I can truly say that Rite Aid in Morgantown is the gold standard for how vaccines should be distributed. Thank you so much for making the process easy, for having employees who have great personalities and really take care of their customers. They go above and beyond in service. My doctor called in a prescription 10 minutes before the pharmacy was scheduled to close on New Years Day. I called to see if there was any chance it would be ready if I tried to pick it up in the 10 minutes before they closed. The lady was very friendly and said they would have it ready for me if I could make it there. Super grateful for her helpfulness on such short notice and a holiday!

The pharmacists and staff here are always friendly and helpful from the moment I'm greeted upon entering the store. If the staff sees me wandering the aisles looking for something, it doesn't take long for them to offer me help. Certainly beats the Big Box pharmacy experience!

While visiting relatives in Mohnton, I had to put my car in the shop for an extensive period and won't be fixed until after 1June. Didn't plan on being here after 23 May. Your pharmacy was able to call my pharmacist in Florida to verify my prescription and refill it up. Thanks for the help. All your employees warrant a thank you.

Both of these pharmacists are great - Jill and Jess! Rite Aid is a large pharmaceutical chain, but these two pharmacists are a throwback to a small town pharmacy with great recommendations and friendliness. Absolutely love the staff there - we're lucky to have you in Morgantown!
