Ruby Tuesday

I absolutely love this Ruby Tuesday location. Service is excellent. Staff go above and beyond to make the dining experience a positive one, and the food is always tasty! Visually pleasing food presentation and drink presentation (especially drink presentation!!)

Our experience was over the top wonderful!!!! The waiter, King and waitress in training, Cash treated use like VIP.
Little did they know we were having a very special day with our friend..
We gave our friend many options of where she wanted to have lunch and she chose your lovely restaurant !!!!!!!
I was excited because I knew Ruby Tuesdays always had excellent food!!!!!
The day was a miserable rainy day. The hostess commented on the rain and I told her I was that odd person that loves tons of snow and rain!!!! Bless her heart, she smiled and said “we need people like you in the world like you” so the moment we walked into your restaurant our experience was amazing!
As the hostess took use to a corner table, King came immediately to out aid and started moving chairs and tables. All the while talking to our friend like she was royalty. Putting her at ease. Making her smile. Remember she is in a motorized wheelchair.
From there our experience just continued to be more amazing. King and Cash treated our friend with dignity, respect and compassion. They went out of their way to even make her a milkshake!!!!!
Thank you Ruby Tuesdays for giving my friend Faith the perfect experience I was hoping she would have.

Tom was our server, very friendly, pleasant respectful. Informative just a very well mannered server. The young man that sat us was the best we’ve encountered in a long long time. Respectful, mannerly welcomed us told us about the salad bar price as added to meal or alone, waited till we were both seated till he put menus down both young men were a total treat. We come here cause we love the food service was not always pleasant but tonight we got a triple treat with being greeted with respect, service with kindness and taken well care of n good food.

We always have such excellent service with Paula as our waitress. If there's anything we need anything we want to adjust on the menu to cater to what we're hungry for she takes care of it. You just feel like you're in good hands when you've got Paula there as your server.

Service was good and the food was great as always. I was disappointed in the funnel cake dessert. It was crunchy and greasy. Funnel cakes are not supposed to be crunchy. The best part was the ice cream. Please bring back the 3 layer chocolate cake with the ice cream. That was fabulous!!! The rest of our meal was wonderful. Just get rid of the funnel cake dessert!!

I ordered Car side I am not sure if they really do much car side but I did get my food and it was very good

Soo much food...
All of it was excellent. Kids loved all the flavor combinations the lemonade comes in. We tried all the flavors. Peach and mango were the favorites, all the rest were good too.

Haven't been here in a while , visited for lunch 4/27/24 , food was good, ( bacon club ) Good drink special. Waiter was attentive, Jonah I think his name is. I'd go back. Go !

👍Food was great service was great. Had a great server who goes by the name king. Would definitely go here again. Bottomless lemonades are definitely worth getting. Great place to eat.

Food was delicious, deconstructed kabobs are a must! Perfect lunch meal!
Debbie, is such a fun vibe! She’s quick, efficient and personable! You can tell she enjoys her job; which makes you enjoy your meal! 10/10 would be back… because of her!

Great food and great service! The manager Destiny is very friendly and sweet. She makes sure all your needs are taken care of. Overall, wonderful!

Wyomissing Ruby Tuesday! One of my favorite All American, from ribs/steaks, pasta, seafood and etc. Their AYCE salad is overpriced, when you can get it complimentary at Olive Garden. What is great, if you download their wonderful app, you get points, rewards, specials and BOGO deals, therefore - you save a lot of your money, and there is probably no better deal in the Reading area, unless you go to the AYCE buffet. My favorite is Cajun chicken pasta, but - the portion size should be 50% larger. The bruschetta pasta at Austin's is so much better for $5 more. The staff is great, our favorite server being Mr. King and the Manager Ms. Destiny are fabulous with excellent service. Thank You. Eddie

Bryhee K. made our visit! From the start, his outgoing, friendly, and professional personality made our visit all that much better! Customer Service and customer engagement is at an all time low these days but Bryhee goes above and beyond. It is what makes people want to go out and keeps them coming back to a place! So, 5 stars to him! Ruby Tuesdays is lucky to have him!

Our waiters name was king, at wyomissing, pa ruby tuesday, Saturday night , February 17th, 2024. From the seating, to the check in on us during the meal, to drinks, food, and paying for the meal, he was truly over the top wonderful. Also had a great personality during our visit to the restaurant. 5 star waiter for sure!
Restaurant was very clean and peaceful in the seating areas, and the bathroom. Only complaint would be to Ruby Tuesday’s themselves. The restaurant offers entertainment, cups, changing station, and seating for children, but strangely no child’s menu.

Destiny was a terrific server. She was very attentive and apologized for the food taking so long to come out of the kitchen. 5 Stars!

King was an excellent waiter. We appreciate his hospitality and positive vibes.

Our server, King, was fantastic! We weren't the easiest group, all arriving at different times and difficult orders, and he was kind, attentive, hilarious, and joyful the whole time. Go to Tuesdays and ask for King! 👑

I Love Ruby Tuesday... Their Food is very Good..Our Waiter King was very polite and hospitable...the Manager, Her Name is Destiny.. very professional and welcoming... If you,ve never tried thier food, you should.
