We found this place online, and are beyond pleased with our experience. We were a walk in, but had no wait, and Tiffany gave us excellent service, including a thorough evaluation of feet to help with choosing the best shoes, and also a foot scan in case we decided to purchase custom orthotics. No pressure.

The cash and carry sales are extremely discounted. Highly recommend! We plan to be back.

Great place for all needs. Wide variety for many size options and shoe selections. Staff are knowledgeable and courteous. They Measure and treat your feet! I’ve bought shoes here and they match needs from my podiatry foot doctor referral. They refresh your custom orthotics with renewed coverings that last. Their location is next to Berks foot and ankle, but I’ve used their great service years ago too when they were in kenhorst/Shillington shopping center by post office space.

My experience with Foot Solutions in Reading was extremely positive on many levels. First, when I purchased the shoes, they really took time to offer just the right options. The shoes were amazing and made it possible for me to walk without pain. Secondly, when I had an issue with a defect in the shoe, their customer service was excellent, and they stood behind their product. I would highly recommend them to anyone, and I plan to go back there for my next pair of shoes.

I walked in with my feet hurting. They did a thorough foot assessment with measurements. I left with a pair of the best fitting shoes I've ever felt on my feet. The staff was so helpful and friendly I would definitely recommend this place of business for your next pair of footwear.

Great experience. Scheduling the appointment was easy. Went in and was greeted nicely and said they would be with me in a min. She quickly got started measuring my foot and asking some questions. lol hey only had one pair of boots he shoes I was looking for in my size but I know there are shipping delays all over. Luckily I liked the shoe and it fit great. Super kind and helpful and I will be back.

All of the staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. I was there for an appointment but they took the time to help my husband find something to help his feet and knees feel more comfortable. I would highly recommend.

The staff is not only knowledgeable, but willing to do extra to satisfy/please the customer. Buying shoes there is like going to visit a good friend. The staff will order what they don't have in stock, and will call as soon as the item arrives. I give Foot Solutions an A+ for efficiency and friendliness, and for offering what they know their customers need and want!.

I left getting 4 new sneakers!! They helped me find the perfect styles for my foot structure. So knowledgeable and patient. I had to order one of my pair online and they notified me right away when they came in. Friendly staff that truly listens to your needs. 100% recommended!

I like the comfort and quality of their products. It was a pleasure having someone do more than just go to the back of the store to get a pair of shoes from the stockroom. I haven't had my feet measured by someone in years, yet alone take the shoes out of the box, remove the paper and plastic, and assist with putting on the shoes. Customer service is exceptional.

I like how they worked with my doctor to provide me with exactly what I needed to help my foot discomfort. They took the time to complete a thorough analysis of my feet and how I apply pressure when I stand. I love my sneakers and flip flops!

If you are having pain in your feet, go to Foot Solutions. It is worth the trip. Krista was so helpful! She found the perfect pair of sneakers to relive my pain. An appointment is the best as she spent the time needed to resolve my problem.

I had a good experience going there. Been struggling to find the right fit for an AFO. I was fitted well, but do not have a 100% comfort level. I'm hoping they will carry New Balance soon. They have great service there and are very understanding and friendly.

Being diabetic I am able to get 1 pair of shoes a year from MEDICARE. My Doctor sent me to Foot Solutions. Everyone there is very friendly and very knowledgeable on how to get to you the best fitting shoe for your feet. If there is paperwork needed for Medicare they take care of all of it for you.
Even their sales are great. I would recommend Foot Solution to anyone with feet problems

Was here on 6/20/22. I've had to wear inserts for high arches/ plantar fasciitis for a few years now. But the ones I had previously been buying started being made cheap (yet still just as expensive.) As I imagine most people who need inserts they have to fit exactly right or they will cause you more grief than solutions. That being said I feel like I'm a real pain to deal with. I had recently bought 2 other pairs from other places and kinda just hoped my feet would adjust only to have to return them. But the woman who helped me here found exactly what I needed! Wish I would have gotten her name but she was very patient with me and I appreciate that. Def going back here for now on!
