Working with Chris to come up with a strategy on the repairs needed to my specialized tile roof, was beyond exemplary. Not many companies have the experience Mast does with this roofing system and Chris was instrumental in finding solutions, like removing the existing tile over the garage pent roof to be used for the various repairs on the main roof, so the repairs used the same color and didn't scream that it was a repair. They don't make these terracotta tiles anymore (mine look like cedar shake), so cannibalizing the garage roof was the perfect call. Now we have extra for future fixes. The new asphalt section is barely noticeable from the street that it's different from the main roof. Thank you to Chris and the rest of the team they were such a pleasure to have working on the house. The pride they all took in their jobs was clearly evident.

We had the unfortunate experience of being scammed by someone who created a fake website, roofing license, and company. We were trying to save money and went with the lowest quote. Learn from our mistake! He nailed shingles and sprayed sealant on top of the existing leaking roof. The website, money, and he are all gone and there is nothing we can do. Mast roofing came in and gave us a very fair quote to remove both layers of damaged shingles, repair the damaged deck board, and install features that would protect the new roof's integrity and functionality. They were professional, took the time to explain everything, and they managed to do our more complicated job super quickly. They cleaned up perfectly afterwards too. I am so grateful that we went with them and spent the money to have it redone properly, because without a roof, your entire house is unprotected, which we found out the hard way. I would highly recommend this company. The entire experience was positive and reassuring.

Keith was very professional and informative about the services and the product being used to replace my roof. He made me feel comfortable and confident to use their company to take on this very important task of replacing my roof. I was reassured by the warranty and the great reviews given by other customers that this would be the company I will trust to complete the job. I was pleased with the estimate process as well. Everything was explained thoroughly and any questions I had, Keith helped me to understand fully.

Was very nice and punctual. Laid out all our options very good. He was very well educated on all the aspects of doing the roof. Showed us a few options we didn't know about but liked. A very pleasant experience. No pressure. Highly recommend him and his company.

I would give 6 stars if another was available. I had an issue that needed attention (shingles blew off following recent strong winds). They responded immediately following initial contact via their chat feature. They scheduled service to be done quickly. The technician came out - was terrific to work with - and he not only inspected the entire roof but drove over to Lowe's, got the supplies, came back and did the repairs right away. I am thoroughly impressed with Mast and give them my highest recommendation.

Chris from Mast roofing came out today to inspect our roof. He was very pleasant and friendly. He was very knowledgeable and showed us so many pictures of our roof. He gave us an estimate and showed us photos of other homes with the same roof color etc. We were very pleased with his visit.

Erich did a great job with the inspection and assessment of our failing roof. He was the only contractor who actually went up on our roof and took photos of all the problem areas which we later reviewed and discussed. His presentation was very detailed and thorough. I was particularly impressed with the autoCAD drawing of our house that he used to illustrate all components of our roof project.we are confident of a positive result.

Chris arrived promptly , assessed the situation and was able to complete the recommended repairs on the same day. I am very happy with the work and that Mast Roofing was able to schedule the service visit so quickly before the next storm arrived. I will be using them again and highly recommend.

I'm very happy with Mast! They were very professional, responsive, and communicative. They offered a comprehensive solution for repairing my roof, and they even broke it out into multiple options! I thought they were reasonably priced too. I would definitely hire them again.

Received service same day for a semi emergency roof damage/repair. GREAT customer service and transparency from my first phone call, to the truck leaving our driveway. Wouldn't use anyone else.

Kieth came out and provided images and explanation about the wind damage and other issues with the roof. He was transparent about what was needed and the condition of the roof overall. He sat with me and went through options and provided a detailed estimate.
