I think this place rocks. I have been dealing with them many years, never had an issue- I used to go to Lebanon- they did not know what they were doing.I won’t go to Lebanon anymore. Service for C-pap supplies is terrific. Always busy, eager to help,answer any questions I may have, billing dept on the ball. if have to contact after hrs always pleasant to deal with so hats off to Superior Oxygen!!!

Amazing staff! My tech was very good and explained everything I needed to know and the equipment I was given is very fresh and got a nice bag with it. The owner happened to be there and is awesome, I would definitely recommend them! This business is very blessed.

Hello, I have been receiving supplies from Superior Oxygen for about 3 years now. All of the staff that I’ve met have been extremely nice to me even on the phone. But there’s one special young lady that stands out every time that I go there…. And her name is Nidia S. She has an amazing personality and a pretty smile as well, this young lady is her same pleasant self always. They are truly Blessed to have her as a part of the team especially while on the front line. Thank you for always making me feel comfortable when walking in the door of Superior Oxygen.

I walked in and was taken care of right away. I had visited a store previous to Superior and was not treated very warmly and felt like they didn't want to help me. So I went to Superior, and a man named Dan helped me right away. I didn't feel like a problem or a burden. When you're injured, that's the last thing you want to feel like. All the staff was busy and nice. Thank you for helping me.

They actually answer the phone with a real person! Amazing service! Billie did an amazing job helping me in an emergency situation. I needed a portable oxygen machine when a loved one's failed, and he sprung into action and did not take advantage of the situation. Thank you Superior Oxygen.

I was diagnosed of needing a Cpap. Dealing with another local supplier I waited over 4 months to no avail. Coming to Superior I was fitted with one in 2 weeks. Very fast an friendly.

The Cpap staff is helpful when I have problems to resolve. I'm not sure why the low scores. Ms Nydia and her co-workers are friendly and attentive.

Have always had a good experience with this place. I honestly feel half these reviews are blaming issues that the insurance companies caused, on Superior themselves. I never once have had an unexpected bill or a bad experience. I’ve been using my CPAP for over a year.

I had to call the office after my mom was placed in a home. I may have pushed a wrong button but somehow I got the owner. He was the sweetest man. I am very thankful for people like this in the world. We will continue to use them for our family's medical needs!

I utilize Superior for CPAP equipment and supplies. I have been using them for about a year now. Always great help! I was without insurance for some time and they showed me all my options. My supplies script was ending this month and they just called me now confirming they received the new script from my doctor! It's nice when you can deal with a local company.

Been using Superior for 5 years, usually deal with Tracy or Robert, both of whom are professional and extremely knowledgeable. Never had rude treatment from anyone, and not one billing problem. Remember the natural laws of customer service, for every online complainer there are hundreds of happy satisfied customers.

Been dealing with them for several months now never had a problem. Everyone been friendly to me and if I can't get there to pick up my stuff my sister or nephew can get it for me with no problem.

Awesome place!! The staff is BEYOND knowledgeable, well-trained, informative, accomodating, and SO friendly! They are also very efficient and go above & beyond to assist & take care of their customers!

I have used Superior for all my CPAP needs and have never had an issue with staff. Parking is always available and staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

I was sent to Superior Oxygen to pick up a APAP/CPAP machine that my neurologist had ordered for me. I will have to admit that my experience was much better than expected given the other reviews. All the staff including the person who received me, Robert, the person that fitted my sleep machine and instructed me in its use, were very courteous and efficient. When I left, at least three of the staff looked up, smiled, and wished me a good day. I'm leaving this review to hopefully let others know that they took care of me very well. I will modify this review based on my relationship with them as they resupply my sleep machine. But for now I definitely give them top marks.

I was on the hunt for a walker accessory and called trying to verify stock. They did that and even gave me pricing over the phone. When I got there, I was greeted warmly and walked right over to the area I needed. Everyone was pleasant and I was in and out in under 5 min.

My husband and I went in on June 12, 2020 to get a knee brace. Dory was knowledgeable about the products the company offers and was able to help my husband find the perfect brace. She was patient and professional and we had a pleasant experience.

Have been getting cpap supplies monthly for the past year. No complaints at all. Always very nice and professional. They bill my insurance and tell me when I need a new prescription.

I have only in store experience; but, their staff always has been courteous and responsive. They were quick to attend to my needs and freely answered questions they were qualified to answer. I have literally no complaints and hope they remain in business for a very long time to provide for my specialized medical needs.
