The best HVAC company I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with! Speedy, helpful, and personal service. We used Tucci for help with a shoddy builder grade furnace repair, broken AC, refrigerator repair, and help finding a general contractor for storm damage.

Always willing to help and provided referrals for anything outside of their scope of work when we were in need of additional help. We always recommend Mike Tucci to all of our friends who have HVAC issues! Highly recommend!

These guys were great. Came out right away when my heat was out. Checked if my heater was under warranty before ordering parts. Pleasant and knowledgeable.

Late last night or water heater failed. Got a call first thing this morning, service was here by 8am and done before noon. Great communication and very professional.

Very prompt service, but extremely high priced. Their quoted work price was already high for a high water tank. I paid it. Then they came back with additional payment for work that was not in the original quote, but told me the original quote was all inclusive. Poor communications. Front desk person very short and abrupt and not very pleasent. If you do hire them, please make sure have a quote upfront. I was too trusting of Tucci. Which surprised me since I used them many years ago (I think with the senior Mr. Tucci). Not the same company as before.
