An absolutely AMAZING original espresso experience!! Seriously one of the best you will ever find anywhere. The Owner prides himself on making the best espresso outside of Italy. He is exceptionally knowledgeable in every aspect of coffee. Highly recommend if you truly appreciate the coffee experience!

If you are looking to slow down and enjoy a true cafe experience then look no further! The owner is very knowledgeable about roasting and different varieties of authentic Italian coffee! The atmosphere is relaxing and inviting. My husband and I stumbled upon this cafe but one thing I know for sure is we will be back!

This place is amazing. Some friends and I decided to stop in here, not knowing what exactly to expect. It was all we hoped for and more. The lattes we had were just how the owner described them, smooth, velvety, and not at all bitter, even though they were unsweetened! And the crepes, absolutely delicious. The owner is a retired surgeon who has a dream of making this coffee shop a gathering place and focal point of the community. I highly recommend this cute little cafe!

Amazing authentic Italian coffee. Great atmosphere. Be patient there’s only the owner but the coffee and food is worth the wait. The crepes are amazing. Perfect flavoring!

The best crepes outside of France, and the best coffee outside of Italy. The owner is extremely knowledgeable about his craft and is clearly focused on making the place into a fantastic dine-in experience.
To be clear, it's hard to talk about this place without talking about what it is not - this is not a place for flavored coffees or Frappuccino, or anything like a typical Starbucks experience. The coffee is the kind that you hear coffee snobs talk about, and where you go when you want to understand why people care so much about the 'right way' to make coffee - this guy gets it. There's a handful of flavored syrups that you can get, but the coffee itself is the star. This is also not the place for you to grab a quick cup - there are no take out options. You are served with a glass or ceramic mug. The owner makes it all fresh. If you order a fruit crepe, he goes in the back and makes it - you can literally hear him chopping the fruit when he goes in the back, and he then serves it to you himself. He appears to have no other employees, so you are at the mercy of however many people happen to have gotten there before you. He will get to you and give you fantastic food and drink, but you will have to be patient. It is definitely worth the wait.
If you have a chance, try the hot chocolate - he makes a European style hot chocolate that is very thick and rich, and is just a completely different experience than what you will get anywhere else.

I read the bad reviews while sitting in the Cafe. My review will be based on those.

1) The owner has set up the place to be more of a European style Cafe than a coffee shop. What's that mean? It means this place is meant for you to come in, have a seat and enjoy some espresso style drinks. Don't be in a rush. That's not this place. If you need a quick coffee to go, I recommend Sugar Shake or a Starbucks.

2)Had both the meat and a fruit crepe. Both were very good. The peaches and raspberry crepe was incredible.

3) Does the owner come off a little rough? Yes. But the guy knows coffee and wants to discuss with you espresso drinks. It's all Lavazza espresso which while an Italian company, has a roasting facility in West Chester so you are getting a fresh roast. I recommend just going with a recommendation from him on a drink.

Cozy atmosphere and great coffee. Very knowledgeable on how to make espresso! Crepes are fairly big, so come with an appetite. Be prepared for a bit of a wait, as there is only one person working, but definitely worth it!

Great coffee and a welcoming environment. A perfect combination. Chris may seem a bit coarse initially, but he is very passionate about what he does. A true connoisseur of coffee. Definitely stop in here if you are in the area.

My family have been going there for a little bit and found what they love to eat while there. Finally got the chance to try something from there..... Oh boy..... I've been missing out!

Great place. Stopped in to try the crepes and latte. I don't even really like coffee and lattes, but the taste of the latte was PERFECT. I actually enjoyed this latte. It wasn't overwhelming sweet and it didn't taste burnt like at all the coffee places you typically go to. Cannot wait to go back and delve into the menu. The owner was extremely nice, friendly and knowledgeable. Kept the inside CLEAN which was a refreshing change of pace to what I typically see. Cannot recommend this place enough after just 1 visit I'm hooked!

On point. Much needed business for a cute small town! Brings a different vibe and atmosphere to the area.

I've been here a couple times and really enjoy it. Authentic Italian coffee and delicious crepes. A nice place to stop and relax. I'll definitely be back!

Cute cafe with friendly owner!! Stopped by for coffee. Had an excellent latte (with light Irish Cream- Just as the owner/our baristia recommended.) and enjoyed the ambiance with my family.

Met a friend here for a cup of coffee. We were the only ones there and the owner was really friendly (but not intrusive) and the cappuccino I had was very good. Definitely recommend this place for a good coffee and a place to chat.

Cafe 58 is an incredible coffee and crepe shop tucked away on a corner in Myerstown. My girlfriend discovered this cafe and immediately knew she wanted to bring me because I enjoy a good cup of coffee! Cafe 58 specializes in espresso drinks like cappuccinos and lattes, which are prepared fresh by the nice owner. The flavor of the espresso is so rich and comforting, and the owner knows how to make a fantastic cappuccino! The crepes are also to die for, ranging from both sweet and savory. The environment of the cafe is very cozy and clean, paired with the chill music to keep you engaged with your friends or motivated to work. Definitely hit this place up if you're looking for a great way to start your day.

My wife and I came here for the first time today. We loved this place. It’s got an awesome relaxing atmosphere. The owner was very friendly and explained the different menu options really well. We got a delicious strawberry and Nutella crepe that was big enough for both of us to share! It was spectacular. The coffee was delicious. Starbucks has nothing on this place. And it’s veteran owned so it felt good to support this high quality local business.
