Holiday Inn Express & Suites Lebanon, an IHG Hotel

I'm thrilled to share that I've just returned from an amazing hotel! The rooms were so clean and orderly, the service was top-notch, and the bathrooms were simply heavenly! I had such a wonderful time there, and I can't wait to go back someday!

I highly recommend this hotel. The best value around for a jacuzzi suite and it didn't disappoint. The room was clean and the area was quite and comfortable. The staff was attentive and I would definitely stay here again when in town.

Nice place at a reasonable price. Room was very large. Had a great breakfast with a cool pancake making gizmo.

What an exceptional Holiday Inn Express. My Mom and sister were both extremely satisfied with everything especially the breakfast in the morning. 👍

The continental breakfast is great , there is plenty ty to choose from: cereal, egg omelet, coffee ,orange juice ,apple juice, a pancake machine that you push the button and watch the show 😋 , oatmeal. Assortment of meats etc. The rooms were clean and ready .Only complaint was my roommate couldn't figure out how to operate the ac. It got cold but I slept great.

Hotel is above average. I was pleasantly surprised on my first night’s stay. Clean comfortable rooms. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast is above average. Hot complimentary breakfast in the morning. Not just cereal and bread but omelets, sausage and bacon. The manager, Anna, is very nice and accommodating. Nothing not to like about this hotel.

We stayed there last night. The first room we got on the first floor smelled a little musty and the bed was made haphazardly. We spoke with Chase at the front desk about it. He was an extremely nice and helpful, and honest young man. He personally went to the third floor, inspected, and found a good room for us. A few hours later we were leaving the hotel for dinner when I realized I left my purse in the eating area downstairs. He had picked it up and was holding it for us behind the desk. He did a great job and they upheld their clean promise.

Check-in associate (Chase,I believe) was super friendly and helpful. Excellent place to stay! Highly recommend!

I love Holiday Inn Express. The hotel is really nice. Most have a pool, which this one does. My kids love that feature. Room and bed was clean. The staff are accommodating and super helpful. I’ve stayed at several Holiday Inn’s and have no complaints.

Excellent services. Room is clean and big. The free breakfast bar is open from 6:30 - 9:30 am. We started the day early. The food was fresh and tasty . The eggs made so good. We liked them very much.
For some reason, I could not find the front desk telephone number in the room.

Very clean even though in the midst of renovations. Hopefully they will get the floors done soon they are in pretty rough shape in the rooms and hallways.
Great breakfast and service

Arrived late on Saturday due to a snow storm. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Rooms were fresh, clean and modern. Our room was large with a couch, fridge and microwave. The hot breakfast was great, just what I expect of Holiday Inn Express. However the juice had an odd taste. The price of the room was a good value. We didn't have time for the pool but it was in doors and looked good. I would stay here again.

When we visit the area from Upstate NY, this is our preferred place to stay. Friendly, accomodating staff. The past two times we stayed, we were bummed at not being able to get our morning breakfast due to Covid the first time & due to carpet cleaning the next. That's something we look forward to as there's no extra travel first thing in the morning. We will continue to stay there (if there's rooms available, the secret is out & it's usually full) We recommend Holiday Inn Express in Lebanon, PA!

This is really the only respectable place to stay in the area, unless you want to stay at a rundown motel or Super 8. While it isn't the nicest HI-Ex I've ever stayed at, it did the job. The staff were friendly and competent, and the rooms were standard but clean. Breakfast was good, and they even had options out as early as 4AM for those that get an early start, which I appreciated. My only gripe is that there aren't any "Do Not Disturb" signs in the rooms. If you want one, you have to ask for one at the front desk. Otherwise you'll have housekeeping knocking at your door.

Also, as an IHG Platinum guest I wasn't asked if I wanted points or the welcome amenity.

There's plenty nearby (in terms of stores and food places).

Talk to greet you with a smile very inexpensive super nice Deluxe rooms Top Notch service one of my best experiences in a Holiday Inn Express in any other state that I have been in very clean comfortable beds and plenty of towels and soaps that you need to get you through a few days of being on the road just want to say thank you to everyone who is there the day I was there which I can't remember what the day was I don't know how all this got by for 2 years now that's a long time sorry for the long delay with the five star review

Not a bad place by any means. A few repairs that seem simple would help though. Otherwise, staff was all very friendly, breakfast had a good selection and seemed fresh. I'd stay here again though.

Great customer service, after having issues with a booking agency charging me for a room upgrade and holiday not having it shown, the manager upgraded me without question handled all my concerns and gave us some free water! Room was clean and my girlfriends and I night out was great, will definitely return to this location!

We had a wonderful stay. Service was great.
We went to Middle Creek to see the snow geese. It is right location for us to stay one night. The breakfast bar was open. Everything was fresh.

The hotel was great, very clean and all the staff was courteous. They honored our request to not have our room cleaned while we were away (I've known several other hotels come in anyway) and the free breakfast was amazing!
