Bennett Toyota of Lebanon

I got quotes from different PA dealers which is low. They promised, you will get the car once it will come from the factory. So waiting period is 10 days or more for me. I have verified with Bennett Toyota of Lebanon, and checked the car has just come from Toyota, yet to be inspected. I had called Tyler Lee and stopped by to the store, He promised me to do price match. My salesperson was Sam Robinson who helped me to acquire the new car.

Best experience ever! Unmatched in Honesty, caring, best in customer service and customer relations. They work for their customers! Your satisfaction is their goal! Professional, not pushy, very patient and they don't play games! They have a phenomenal service department. I had plenty of Toyota dealerships closer to home to deal with, all I can tell you is they are worth the extra travel distance, you won't be disappointed! I worked with Noe and Justin but all the employees were exceptional.

The salesperson I dealt with, Domingo, was honest and patient and delivered everything exactly as he said he would. There were no hidden fees or games played at all. I highly recommend and will do business again with them in the future.

I recently made a purchase at Toyota Bennett with the assistant of car salesman Israel Acevedo. It was a very unexpected process as I was not planning on buying a new car that day. However, I was pleasantly surprised how accommodating Israel was to help me find vehicle within my price range and without the hard “sales” pressure. This dealership is the real deal. Buying a car from them was the easiest transaction i’ve ever had. I called and asked if the car was available and what the price was, everything they told me over the phone was the same when i arrived. I drove 3 hours to pick up my new truck the same day. I went here to buy a 2014 Honda Accord. They were very friendly and responded quickly by email and phone. When I went to see it, they let me drive it to a mechanic down the road for a second opinion. Domingo was my agent and he was great, very courteous and he answered all my questions. When I went to buy the car, they would not negotiate on price. However, that was because there was a lot of interest in the vehicle. After purchase, Domingo made sure they cleaned the engine bay, washed the seats, and cleaned the exterior. The car looked brand new when I drove it off the lot. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience and do not regret buying a car here.

I recently had the BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER with Haley at Bennett Toyota of Lebanon. While I found the exact RAV4 that I wanted at other dealers, there were dealer markups of up to $4K or I was required to buy a maintenance package or car accessory I didn’t want.

With Haley, the online price was the purchase price and there were NO SURPRISES when I took delivery of the car. During the buying process, Haley kept me informed of the delivery schedule and completed all financing paperwork before I arrived to complete the purchase. At my scheduled delivery appointment, the entire staff was extremely courteous and professional throughout the entire process. This was an easy NO HASSLE car purchase!!

Really enjoyed this car buying experience at Bennett. My sales associate Isabel was knowledgeable about the car I selected and gave me timely updates on its progress from build to delivery. I enjoyed that the process was relaxed and I didn’t feel pressured into anything. I was able to think about exactly what I wanted and the dealership also gave me a really fair trade in on my vehicle. My wife and I came in to look at a 4Runner and had the pleasure of working with Isabel. She was patient, knowledgeable, and answered all of our questions. Unfortunately, our budget no longer allowed for a higher priced vehicle (buy a home they say lol) we opted for a different vehicle that worked for us at a lower cost and were treated no differently. It was a low pressure atmosphere and we have/will continue to spread the word. We will definitely be back when it's time to upgrade our truck.

A few dealerships in our looking area had one RAV4 Hybrid Limited left on their lots. Bennett Toyota of Lebanon happened to have one, so we went to look at it. They were so down to earth and easy to talk to. When I say they, I mean the sales consultant and the sales manager. The showroom atmosphere was great, too. I would recommend them to anyone. Especially after visiting and communicating with so many other dealerships.

Purchased my '23 Highlander XSE at Bennett, it was the least stressful vehicle purchase I've ever gone through. Kailyn did an awesome job going over the vehicle and was extremely kind and professional throughout the entire sales portion. After this, I can see myself being a Toyota and Bennett customer for the long run.

Update: I encountered an irreparable tire puncture today that required me to have the tire replaced. Bennett Toyota was honestly one of the most accommodating service departments I've ever experienced. They did everything they could to get the tire I needed, which sadly wasn't in stock on site, and have it replaced that same day. Other service centers wouldn't have gone to the lengths that Bennett has to take care of their customers. I'm sincerely impressed, thank you so much!
