What a great place to shop, clean, fully stocked, well maintained isles.
The vendor isles were fully stocked such as Coca-Cola products, Entenmann's, along with tastykake and the potato chip aisle all fully stocked.
Customer service was top-notch the employees look well-dressed well-groomed and ready to help. Produce department deli department meat department and dairy all excellent conditions. Overall the atmosphere in that store was one of professionalism, friendliness and ready to serve.
Now this store being a bit smaller than the big giant I'm used to you still had all the entities of the larger stores including beer and wine garden with places to sit and eat.
Now this store being in its location it's perfect size for which the community it serves. As a consumer who watches his spending and doesn't care for self checkout aisles , and shopping on Sunday there were plenty of cashiers available. Yes they still had the self checkout aisle for those who prefer ringing up items yourself.
Curbside pickup and Giant Direct are available for those who like to shop online and even have your groceries delivered. And not to mention there's a electric vehicle charging port in the parking lot, WOW. So if you're just cruising West on 422 near this location in your electric vehicle and it needs to be plugged in,well there you go, just swing into this Giant plug your electric car in and while you're waiting just have lunch, dinner or even breakfast. Wow talk about One-Stop shopping.

The only giant in the area where you can buy ethnic & unique ingredients like in my case? frozen Octopus & I even saw some fresh lobster. I usually go to the Hershey location which has a great seafood selection of its own but this one to my un-usual suprise has a few interesting picks to choose from along with a friendly service. I'm suprised.

I will give this review based on a Gluten Free Shopping Experience. I have to say I am impressed with this location because I have not seen what I did in others that I did today. I am celiac so I need to shop for gluten free items and anyone seeking GF knows is like finding a needle in a haystack. But this Giant has the GF items actually labeled with blue GF tags below the price. This made my shopping experience not only more convenient but was a learning experience as well.
Thank you to this store for doing this! This was the best shopping experience I’ve had in 4 months since my diagnosis. And the staff… let me also say that everyone there was great. They were friendly and actually happy to help. I haven’t seen this kind of a work ethic in a shopping store in a long time.

The employees are very kind and helpful, I’m up in years and they treat me with the utmost respect and kindness that means a lot to a lonely old man

This Giant is the best in the area. Great selection of fruits and veggies. Plenty of everything.

I had great service. The Giant Direct associate was wonderful. When I called to say I was there, she told me about the substitutes. When she got to my car, she greeted me with a sweet "hi". I was very happy with this pickup.

It's always a nice place to shop, and the way it is outlined, it's easy to find what you need.

My favorite store. I buy almost everything here from groceries, laundry detergent abd even prescriptions.

I love this store. I’m a recent transplant from Philly and used to shopping at ShopRite but this store has fresh produce! The store is clean, shelves are full and mostly, the service is friendly and helpful! Thank you! The only disappointment is that I’m a Navy Veteran and it’s not recognized by Giant. How could you NOT offer a discount for veterans?!

This Giant always seems to be a calm place to shop, even when its full. Good selection and decent prices, especially if you have their bonus card. Getting in and out of the lot is never really a hassle like it is at the east side store in Lebanon.

Giant is one of my favorite places to shop. Their weekly sales and coupons add up to great savings. They have aisles dedicated to specialty foods for health conscious people. I like that the deli slices meats and cheeses to order. The bacon at the meat counter is the best. The employees are helpful and courteous. The best deal right now is the points that you earn for cents off gas.

This review is meant for the store manager. Yesterday, I was in your store and was having difficulty with one of the self checkout registers. The young woman who was working there, (I believe her name was Kim?) was incredibly helpful and patient. You are so very fortunate to have her as an employee! Thanks so much for your help!!!

My favorite grocery store! I always get cakes for any occasion from the bakery here. Cakes are Always decorated just how I wanted them to be. Everybody loves how delicious they are too!
The best seafood and best seafood prices around! This is the only place I will buy crab legs from. They are always really, really good. Better than the ones you get at red lobster! Seriously!
Get yourself a giant card if you don't already have one. They save you lots of money on items every time you shop. Now with your points you earn you can use them towards money off gas, or you can use them to buy special items thru the giant app. This app is awesome! Really I was able to provide all the food for the past 3 Thanksgivings, and Easters just with the free items you get with points. Everything from the turkey or ham to the rolls, filling, vegetables, deserts, and even the plates and cups! Everything I got with points so I paid for nothing! How awesome is that. So defenitly check it out if you haven't!
Update- still an awesome store! Now you can have all your shopping done for you and you just go pick it up! Such a cool option. Still my favorite grocery store!

I love the fruits and veggies section. Every isle is well organized. There are a great variety of products.

Clean, well stocked (mostly) and fairly speedy cashiers/checkouts. Prices always could be lower.

I love Giant. Their fruits and vegetables are fresher than any other store I gave visited. Great customer service and lots of Parking.

It seems bigger than Hersheys and Elizabethtowns Giant. Fruit and Veg section was real big. Only bad part was a small Choice for Milk.

Great grocery store. Everything is where you would expect it to be and it is clean with great service. We travel the country and shop a lot of different stores, this one was a pleasant experience.
