Went this place during our visit to Hershey, surprised you can get this quality in mcd. They check on us and asking do you need anything. Some one asking water and they serve him free cup of water. Food is good, and fast, place is clean. Ice coffee taste good.

Some of the friendliest staff around. This is the only McDonald's I feel I can trust to make my order right 😅. Iced coffee was strong (And, only cost a dollar!) I think I know where I'll be getting my coffee from here on out.

We only went there for a ice coffee for my wife. And asked for a pup cup for our dog. And what a pup cup it was with a slice of bacon. Best customer service ever. With the 4 legged friends in mind. Thank you

This is by far the best McDonald's in the Lebanon- Hershey region! I drive from Hershey because the customer service is exceptional! A special recognition to Jenn and Loli who work the early morning shift, they are attentive to your order, always have a smile! Please be courteous and greet them with respect, they are serving you and deserve that decency!

Great visit clean environment very quick service I was a little confused where to get the cup for my mobile order and I wasn't really a fan of the kiosk to order. However overall lots of parking several entrances stores seems clean everyone seems very friendly I barely have time to sit down and before they were bringing up my order I also like the flyers they have for local fall activities really good atmosphere I would definitely recommend

Autumn helped me with my order, making it as easy as possible. I felt she definitely enhanced, with ease, our communication while taking my order. She is a very friendly and professional person that added too and created a positive experience.
It's the little things like this that has & makes a big impact on the delicious feel-good moments. She definitely made it more enjoyable for everyone.

The finally fixed their receipt ink paper issue! I've been coming here for months and I just finally decided to write a review.

The staff is friendly and local. They are currently hiring as well.

The food is always (at least on my part) correct and hot. Any extras to my meal they accommodate and add onto the order. I use the drive-thru for most of my ordering. Sometimes (peak times) are overly crowded with cars probably because the new Target just opened next door.

Overall a satisfied customer.

Staff were very hospitable. I would definitely go again for a coffee or a snack.

This is definitely the best fast food location in Lebanon. The staff is super friendly and the food always tastes great. This restaurant seems to be managed very well and they are very attentive to their customers needs. The dining room is kept very clean too. The employees here really make you feel like you are a valued customer and I have been coming back to this location for years and will continue to do so. I have worked in food service for over 12 years and can tell you with absolute certainty that this location is far better than the locations on East Cumberland and on Maple street, and they exceed epectations in food quality and customer service.

My food was prepared as ordered, served at the appropriate temperature and tasted great. The associates I encountered were pleasant and professional. The dining room provided a pleasant atmosphere, however a couple of the tables were in need of cleaning.

This out first time at the Lebanon, Pa McDonald's. My wife and I ordered 2 Qtr Pounder meals. The food was so hot and fresh. My burger was so juicy. Keep it up at your store. With that quality it will keep me coming back

Not a typical mcds experience.. this one is fast,the food is hot,and the people are helpful. I wasn't made to feel as though I was bothering them when I forgot to order a drink. The young man said oh no problem sir I can get that for you. Ty for the great service y'all..

Very impressed with the service I received and the cleanliness of this location. I had a mild issue with my order and the manager Hannah was quick to rectify the problem. She had such a pleasant and accommodating attitude. I will definitely return to this location!

This is a fast food restaurant. They sell hamburgers and french fries and soft drinks along with a veritable plethora of breakfast sandwiches and hash browns.
Sometimes they truly are fast, sometimes they are not very fast at all and sometimes they are closed. When they are closed nobody is there so service is essentially nonexistent.
They have a fine assortment of lids for the soft drinks, an adequate supply of drinking straws and what may well be the quintessential example of generic brown paper napkins that are obviously designed to enhance your culinary experience in ways that are simply impossible to describe with the written word. It is not an exaggeration to state that their generic brown paper napkins are the pinnacle of fast food paper napkins and that they have set the bar on paper napkins so high that they are the envy of the civilized world.
Go to McDonald's and experience the wonder and majesty of a remarkable life altering generic brown paper napkin in person. Your life will never be the same once you experience these amazing life changing generic brown paper napkins.

I normally use the drive thru or the pick up service from the app. I have yet to be disappointed. Staff is normally friendly and service is fast for even our hard economic times. Also, I got the big kid meal and so glad I recieved the toy I wanted. Now I can go back to eating my normal meal without paying 15 dollars of it. Woot! Thanks!

Great customer service from the manager. She jump on register to help out then helped out on drive through, seeing management help out shows me they really care about the company and employees. We were there in 8/4/19 around 5. The manager also switched my daughters happy meal toy for another one. We had a great time.

this is my go to mcdonald's. i'm an awkward person so i like the convenience of curbside, but the people are always so nice. never had a wrong order. food is always prepared exactly how i want and it's always a treat for me to eat here

perhaps the freshest burgers and cleanest bathroom of any mcdonalds i've ever been to
