This is a great place to shop for good prices! Plan a little extra time if shopping peak hours as it can get very busy and isles are not wide. Produce is priced according to freshness. A variety of bulk foods, canned and baked goods, snacks, drinks, baking items, paper supplies, and household wares. Get an extra discount when buying by the case! Deli meats and cheeses are cut fresh while you wait or call your order in for pickup. Made-to-order subs & wraps! Great specials chicken thighs and other refrigerated and frozen foods!

My family goes at least twice a month to stock up on fruits and veggies which are never in short supply and quality and quantity is never a problem. Their deli is amazing, the fridges are always stocked full and there's always some bonus surprises there. There is alot of staple products there but also the ever changing products as well. So affordable and always a deal!

They have a good variety of fresh vegetables, some products are cheaper than the store on Bethel (by 02/15/23).

Lots of parking and easy in and out. Market sits back from highway, though. During apple season there are lots and lots of huge bins of all sorts of apples for the lowest prices around. Great selection of bulk foods. Nice selections refrigerated and frozen foods. You'll love this place!

This is the smaller of the two stores. Some of the stuff is past dated but you can find some really good deals. My wife goes for the sandwich meat and Cooper cheese. It's really good stuff and all the meat they have is really good. So just hunt through the aisle and you will find good deals.

Hornings is a locally owned Mennonite supermarket in Myerstown Pennsylvania. They have a wide variety of fruits, vegetables, meats, cheese, snacks, homemade desserts, frozen/ refrigerated food, homemade baking goods, and drinks. All of Hornings products are reasonably priced; most of the items are cheaper than regular supermarkets.

One of my favorite parts of Hornings is their homemade desserts. Here are just a couple of homemade desserts they offer: Shoo fly Pie, Amish Bread, Whoopie pies(peanut butter, Oatmeal, and original).

If you want to get fresh fruits and vegetables, then go to Hornings. All of the fruits and vegetables look like they have just been picked off of the farm; that is how fresh they look. All of the produce at Hornings is huge; they don't look like what you get at a regular store; for phenomenal prices. Here is a list of a couple of products you can get: Apples(Granny Smith, Red Delicious, Golden Crisp), Tomatoes, Watermelon, Melon, Peppers, Oranges, Lettuce, etc.

Hornings has a deli counter where you can buy meat, cheese, and subs. You can buy your meat and cheese by the pound. One of my most favorite parts about the deli counter is you get to watch your cheese or meat get cut. When it is your turn you can either get your cheese or meat sliced or chipped; depending on what you like. A lot of people don't know this but at Hornings you can get the ends of the meat and cheese; if you want to, by request.

Hornings supermarket is very clean, and all the staff are very kind. Hornings has a huge parking lot, and even has an area where you can park your horses and buggy at. When you check out you can either get plastic bags, boxes, or both. Don't forget when leaving to pick up your free newspaper and calendars if they have them.

If you are in the area, traveling, or want to get some fresh produce I would definitely recommend going to Hornings. I would definitely recommend Hornings to anyone who I meet.

Good prices. Great deli. Yummy subs. Like that i can bag my own groceries. Gets very full. Best times to shop is early morning. Don't go on a Saturday. Oranges are best in February. Apples in the fall/winter. And veggies in spring or fall. Watermelon cantaloupe and zucchini in summer.

Cant believe people still find fault in a little country market with possibly the best prices around. People say it looks dingy and dated but maybe that is how they keep prices down. They could spend a boatload of money to really make the place up to date but guess who will paying that bill. There are a lot more important things in life to worry about.. Just enjoy this little market

Great prices and you never know what bargains you'll find! I love their deli and it's one of the few places that sells meat and cheese ends. Staff is always very nice and is helpful with any questions.

Many items at great pricing. The produce, deli and dairy sections are great. They also make fresh subs. You can call ahead to have your sandwich ready when you get there.

Sort of hidden because set back from the highway, what a treasure when you find this place! Outside in the fall are bins of every kind of apple imaginable for 59 cents a pound. What a bargain. And inside are lots of bargains galore! Plan to spend some time strolling looking at great prices. Well worth the time!

Great apples, amazing prices. I bought 3 pounds of 3 different kinds of apples and a bag of oranges all for less than $5.00. I will stop there when I go back to visit again.
