I absolutely love Lisa's. I've been seeing my hair dresser, Celeste, for over a decade and I don't trust anyone else with my hair. I have lived in Phoenix for 3 years now but still only get my hair done when I come home to visit because I cannot find anyone as meticulous and caring. My highlights always come out so wonderful and the color they use is very long lasting if you take care of it. The salon itself is gorgeous, the staff is always so nice and helpful, and the work they do is always stunning. I would recommend this place to anyone!

BEST IN BERKS COUNTY! This salon is awesome . I had an issue with my hair (probably my fault) and they corrected it and now it looks fantastic. Jen took the time to do a thorough consultation with me to go over what I was looking for with my cut & color, she listened but also provided her professional recommendation to help bring my vision to life. She was neat with the color application & meticulous with my cut. After not liking my hair after previous appointments at a different salon, I left Lisa’s feeling like a million bucks & loving my cut & color. I can't wait to return for my next appointment with Jen. I had a small, modified wedding in July 2020. Once things were safe, Lisa's Salon was able to get me in for a wedding hair styling appointment, as well as a trial appointment the week beforehand. Teresa was my stylist, and she was a lot of fun to work with. She listened to my ideas and was totally open to modifying anything she did on me. We were also able to just chat about my hair, and she gave me good advice I can use in the future.

I was on the fence about actually getting my hair done, as opposed to doing it myself, and I'm really glad I got it professionally done for my wedding day. She also styled two of my bridesmaids', and their hair looked beautiful. If I want my hair done again, I would come back here!

I go to Laura L for my color and cuts. Sometimes I go in just for a specific style. She is amazing and does awesome work on my hair, and so very warm and friendly!! My girls also get their haircuts from her!

I was a pretty nervous about getting my hair done because I've had really bad experiences in the past at Lords & Ladies.

Sabrina at Cinergi made me feel so comfortable and trusting in her when I went in for my balayage appointment. She took her time and knew what she was doing! I absolutely love the way my hair turned out -- it is exactly what I wanted.

New to the area, looking for a local salon, I searched the web and found Cinergi. Walked in one day and was greeted by a wonderful receptionist who was so welcoming. She explained all the salon offered and was very accommodating of my busy schedule. My first actual appointment started with a meet and greet with my stylist and a tour of the salon. I have since gotten a manicure there as well. I have found my new salon. Thank you, Cinergi for making me feel special.

I have been going to Cinergi for years. Even after a move from Reading to Philadelphia and finally landing in the Philly suburbs, I travel back to Reading for the salon experience. The stylists/staff are so great at listening to their clients and making sure you walk out feeling your best! I can honestly say that the servise and staff are the best I have seen!

They also have a great selection of jewelry and bags which make great gifts! Its a true spa treatment for every appointment.

Amy has been doing my nails for many years. She's the best. Nothing like going to the same person for so long that I don't have to think. I go in, sit down, Amy does my nails from shaping, to polish, and everything in between. You can't beat that!!

Lisa's Salon, specifically Esthetician Trudy, is a treat! Taking advantage of their BFF (Best Face Forward) program, I enjoyed one of a variety of facials each month for 6 months. Trudy is a consummate professional who tailors the facials to the client in a relaxing environment. You will not regret treating yourself to the wonderful services available at Lisa's!

I recently had a pedicure as a gift. It was so relaxing and well done. I'm on my feet so much and my feet are horrible with so many calluses. They transformed my feet to soft, smooth and pain free.

Found this salon after I lost my stylist of 15 years. I love the way they make you feel welcome and go out of their way to make sure you have a great experience. I am always happy with my hair style, Chris is awesome! I have also had a mani/pedi and that was very relaxing!

Chris has been my stylist for at least 16 years. He is the reason I go there. I have very difficult hair - cowlicks and fine baby hair - and he knows how to cut it. For the first 4-5 years I moved from New Haven, CT to Downington, PA, we would go back every 5-6 weeks to visit friends and go to our favorite stylist. We could no longer do that, so i suffered through many hair cut disasters in PA salons and I even tried an uppity salon in West Chester. I am so thankful I was referred to Chris. Yes, the prices are high, but I am told that the stylists are compensated better for their talents than other places. I assume that is true so I'm ok with that as long as Chris is my stylist, and I do not have experience with any other stylist.
The staff is normally very friendly and helpful. Any business is going to end up with a loser now and then as people come and go. So if you happen to have a bad experience with staff, I would say that is an anomaly and that person won't be there for long, unless you are the problem.

Celeste has been my hairdresser for over 20 years! So I didn’t mind when she joined Lisa’s Salon & Spa, as the spa is well run, clean and everyone is so friendly. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for great service!

I love this place! Have been a faithful customer since 2014. Moved out of state and would drive to PA just for my Shelby! Who is amazing! No other place compares when it comes to customer service and professionalism. I recommend all my friends and family all the time. Best salon in Berks county!!
