Enclave at Redwood

Enclave is great to my living experience, comfort & the community is very friendly, welcoming, Most importantly!
The staff office/Maintenance is absolutely Rockstars and help you at their Best & your apartment needs.
I absolutely recommend to check the community out and experience for yourself!

This is a very nice complex. Newly Remodeled. The units are very nice and large. My 3 bedroom unit is very nice. 3 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. A large frontroom and kitchen with a nice brick fire place and padio. I love the pool. If your looking, you should at least stop by Enclave and give it a look.

Eric was outstanding—informative, polite, and professional. He made our interaction smooth and enjoyable, creating an atmosphere where conversation flowed effortlessly. Kudos to you, Eric, for your exceptional service and demeanor.

I had a visit recently and was very well looked after. I found the service to be very welcoming. The employee gave me full attention and that is rare these days. Her name was Daniela, an excellent employee

Very nice apartment in a convenient location. Great amenities include a indoor/outdoor swimming pool and hot tub. Cabanas and bbq. 24/7 gym as well. They offer valet garbage for a fee every month as well. A cozy place to call home. The staff are helpful and friendly and the maintenance are knowledgeable and friendly as well. Paulino is fantastic friendly and helpful. He helped in showing me the online payment system as well as other info. Great Staff!!

I was visiting the apartments and was assisted by Daniela Durán. Excellent and very attentive service. I believe one of the best in Salt Lake city.

Just moved in recently and to be honest I love this place so kid friendly so peaceful property is so clean this maintenance guy Manuel very friendly and quick. 100% recommend this place ❤

We Enjoy too much because this community have gym and swimming pool and their servers are so nice.

I've lived here for 2years now. I love it here. The location is very convenient. The staff are super friendly. Peaceful and mindful neighbors. I love their valley trash service.

have lived here for about a year now and was very content with resigning my lease. lovely management and even better maintenance crew. only complaint is sometimes they’re difficult to reach by phone but that’s completely understandable with recent staffing issues everywhere, definitely wouldn’t hold a grudge over that! keep doing what you’re doing guys!

Paulino is great! He got me approved. He got me moving in discount and he worked to get me a really cheap deposit, overall I was very satisfied with my experience

I would definitely recommend Enclave because they keep the grounds and apartments looking immaculate. The staff is amazing! Every time I walk through the doors I am greeted with smiling faces. Last time I was there I saw Tommy pressure washing the pool area. I have known Tommy for sometime now and he is a pleasure to work with. He is very knowledgeable and quick to respond. Choose Enclave because you will not be disappointed!!

After the new management things are looking up. I’ve got to say before the new management maintenance never came to fix anything. Our bathtub faucet was broke and the water would not turn off all the way, our fridge was breaking & would shut off and everything in the freezer would melt, we neede a screen for one of the bedroom windows, our air conditioning quit working because the filters hadn’t been changed in at least two years (Thank goodness we knew how to do that ourselves), and our glass sliding door lock broke (thank goodness we were on a top floor because anyone could’ve got in). If you ask me most of those are emergency maintenance issues. We put in work order, after work order, & no one came to fix anything. Finally after calling up the office and flipping out about no one coming to fix anything, maintenance finally showed up. He came in smacked some ice off the freezer, said he had to get a new lock for the door and a new screen, then he would be back in a few days. Well he never showed back up & once again we were calling with no avail. Now they are under new management and the very first phone call I made to them about all the things that needed to be fixed & never were, they were to my apartment the very next day. Sergio one of the maintenance fixed everything & got us a new fridge. Just today I called because I needed the bathroom faucet to be re fixed & no kidding about 5-10 minutes after I hung up Sergio was at our door to take care of it. He is great and has taken great care of us both times we have called.

On our first day of full rent payment Paulino helps us really great as always, he explained us how to do online payments and use the portal. Thank you Paulino for the great service, we are glad to be here and meet People like Paulino

I live here and I really appreciate all that our apartment offer. Three staff and management are very friendly and they have worked with me on many occasions. My shower was having issues and I contacted maintenance they came right in and fixed it. I like the way the apartments are set up and my particular complex we all get along really well I'm super grateful for enclave at Redwood thank you guys!!!😉❤💙💚

I came to Enclave to view a unit, Sergio assisted us with touring the unit. Sergio was very professional and super helpful, he was able to answer any questions we had about the property. Would definitely recommend this property well maintained and clean super professional and friendly staff.

My husband and I are very grateful for Sergio Calderon. Everytime he takes care of our apartment issues, he does it professionally with patience, understanding, kindness, confidence and of course intelligence. We're gonna miss him here at Enclave on Redwood. I highly recommend him for any position. God bless you Sergio and your little family.

I have lived here for awhile now and I have to say this place has really improved! My apartment is updated! I have my washer and dryer right there and it is really convenient for me. I love the pool and the fireplaceses in the front! The staff has been great and have always treated me kindly and with respect.Thank you guys keep up the great work!
