Allen's Camera

Just upgraded to an R6 Mark II and several lenses at this store. First, the buying experience was exceptional. They dug into WHY I wanted to upgrade to this specific camera. I did my homework before going in. After confirming that what I was asking for was exactly what I needed, they took the time to walk me through the differences from my 5D Mark iv. Took the camera home and shot a ton of pictures. Had an issue with "Raw Burst Mode" and LR reading those specific files. Called Adobe, and no help. Called Allen's to discuss. The gentleman on the phone took 15 minutes of his time on the phone with me. Changed a couple settings and problem was SOLVED! If that doesn't tell you why you need to keep sales local and support your local camera shop, then you truly don't get exactly WHY shopping at a shop like this is important for your photography. This shop is the absolute BEST. I will NEVER go anywhere else but here. Keep rocking Allen's you are several steps above the rest. Love you guys!

I have never been in the store. I have purchased online several times and talked so staff on the phone and email. When I needed ink for a printer I got from them that they were out of they ordered it for me and I got it faster than expected. You know how you get when you order something online. You feel like you just cant wait and in the case of Allen's Camera BAM!!!!!! You get it. Thanks to the staff for the GREAT service,

Allens is the best! Great inventory, convenient location, and an incredibly knowledgeable and helpful staff. I have been going there for all of my photography needs for decades!

What I love about Allen's Camera is their very knowledgable and friendly staff. They make me feel welcome in the store and have great suggestions for what would work best. Also, when I switched from DSLR to mirrorless, they gave me a good deal on my trade-in gear to make it easier to make the switch. Thank you Brandon and the rest of the team at Allen's!

I’ve been dealing with these guys for more than 7 yrs and I’ve purchased every camera and lens from them. Prices are awesome, service is awesome, knowledge or products is awesome! I spent $3,000 today on awesome!

I've bought two Nikon cameras from Allen's Camera, and appreciate their expertise and advice on which cameras and lenses are appropriate for my needs. They also offer a full range of accessories, and their prices are on par with those found on-line.

Highly recommend Allen’s Camera. I am a complete beginner when it comes to photography but Carson was super helpful, knowledgeable and took the time to teach me about a camera I brought in. I haven’t experienced this level of customer service in a long time and I’m thankful I found this spot, looking forward to having my photos developed with them.

What an awesome camera store!
I just wanted an inexpensive polarizing filter. Something for very little cost because I just need it for a few pics. Not only did they have several different polarizing filters to choose from in the 62mm size, but they had one for just $15. Woo hoo! I actually didn't go to the local competitor because I knew that they most likely wouldn't have a super low cost option in stock. "We can order it for you" just doesn't work for real small need-it-now stuff.
The staff at Allen's were all very busy but also very friendly and personable despite how much they had to do.
I really can't think of anything negative to say at all. Will definitely go back to Allen's whether I need an expensive item or just a cheap little gadget.

Best camera equipment store ever! I'm an amateur photographer and videographer who have experience in post processing. I've owned an entry level camera, namely the Canon EOS Rebel T5i, for many years and am looking into expanding my camera collection with a camera that will accompany me on my travel vlogs. It's my first time buying a camera through a store specialized in cameras and not online or at Best Buy. The staff took their time to explain the cameras in details and I was able to quickly understand the difference between the different brands and models that I was interested in. I made an educated decision to purchase a used but in excellent condition Sony ZV-E10, an 11mm lens, two batteries, dual battery charger, and an SD card all at a great price. They showed me a larger zoom lens that was a little bit out of my budget at this time but it is my favorite lens by far and it is at an amazing price for the value. I will definitely be back to expand my collection with more lenses! Thank you Allen's Camera!

I needed some advice regarding several mini dv tapes that I want to digitize. Carson and Claudia were incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable as they helped me figure out what I should do with them. Every staff person I came into contact with was helpful and knowledgeable. Allen's Camera is a fantastic resource in Bucks County.

I have been a loyal customer of Allen for over 15 years. The entire staff is absolutely wonderful. They love what they do, and are knowledgeable beyond belief in the art of photography and all camera / equipment brands. I do not go anywhere else for my camera needs; Allen’s in my first and only stop.

I used Allen's camera when purchasing equipment in the past. And for the first time this week I ordered a 24×36 print. The print quality was great as it looked as it did on my computer monitor. The customer service is top notch as they treated my wife and I with the upmost respect.

Simply the best! Best staff, best knowledge, best selection of top gear both new and used. As a working pro for a heck of a long time, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

"Allen's Camera" a business name that got stuck in my head after watching hundreds of Jared Polin's aka "Fro knows photo" videos on YouTube, and when the time came for me to get real with photography, I went on every major online retailer website and added all items I needed, price wise they were similar but Allen's is 30 minutes away.

I DM Jared asking if I might get a discount, and I was told to see Brandon and that they will do their best. I also prefer to support a small local business.

At the store, I was helped by Fillippe and Brandon, who were very kind and helpful. My luck was great because I bought my gear during a canon promotion that saved me around $1300, and I traded in my old 80D and the kit lens for a good price.

My new favorite photo store. Every employee I've talked to there has been extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and fun to talk with. They don't upsell you, don't make you feel rushed when you're testing gear, and don't make you feel like you're asking too many questions. I would just as likely suggest Allen's to a professional as I would someone who has never taken a photo in their life, they have something for everyone. They gave me a fantastic price on my trade in, too! I only wish I had discovered them sooner.

I'm horrible with names but I think it was Jesse who helped me. He was great. The rest of the staff would chime-in at times, which was encouraging and helpful.

They took their time with an amateur like me, helped explain a few things I knew little about, let me try a few lenses before I made a decision. They were careful with my camera as they put the lenses in.

They were invested in my time, and I had their full attention during the sales process. This was great. I felt a human connection at Allens that you won't get from a big-box store.

They showed me alternatives when I talked about price-points, and really made me feel like they cared about the customer experience.

They have a clean and stocked showroom of lots of accessories, lenses, filters, etc. They make really good use of the space.

10/10 I will definitely come here for future purchases / advice / accessories, cleaning and service. I want to congratulate them on running such an A+ operation. Support your local businesses!

Just bought a camera through a first seller, 2nd seller being Allen’s camera I was trying to contact the first seller for information which gave me none starting to get a little skeptical about the whole thing. However, I did call Allen’s camera this morning and spoke to a representative named Jesse, he resolved every single issue in less than two minutes, awesome customer service. Looking forward to buying more items from them. Next time I will bite straight through them. Thank you Jesse for everything.

I am totally struggling to find my next camera but carson, who works there, was so nice and helpful! I have not made a decision yet, but he was definitely helpful and kind! And did not try to talk me into the most expensive camera- which was refreshing!

I’ve been going here for years for all my photography needs and they basically never disappoint. Everyone is very kind, informative, and truly just want you to have the best gear that’s right for you. I went recently to get a new camera after 5 years with my Canon 70D and Jessie (I hope that’s how you spell it?) was SO SO helpful. He answered all my questions, gave helpful advice, offered suggestions that aligned with what I needed, etc. Very good experience, they haven’t led me wrong yet lol
