I go here all the time. Employees are nice and helpful. I always find what I need. I get my wine from here also so it's pretty convenient. I highly recommend this Giant.

This review goes out to the manager Ray. Extremely nice great customer service skills. And I give you my best Ray because I know you care and it's hard to keep doing so when other people around you don't. So make them care do what you have to do because that's what matters to make them see. That caring is the way to be. And truly makes life not just easier but happier. Giant has become my favorite supermarket ever since they opened a brand new, state of the art store at 23rd & Arch Sts a couple years ago. Finally, a “real” supermarket in Center City! No more going to local markets with questionable selection(s) and prices almost doubled, and no more having to drive to the PA or NJ burbs. Both my in-store and delivery experiences have all been excellent.

Love this store! Never have issues except with the deli wait. I assume that's with all deli counters though. In my 8 years of going here, I've only encouter one employee with an attitude that ruined my hour. I haven't seen her in years, so I guess they filtered her out.

Great salad bar. I used to go to ShopRite for lunch but they cut the salad bar in 1/2. Giant is my new lunch spot.

A young gentleman named Zane dropped what he was doing to ensure I found the produce I was looking for. Kind, attentive and quick on his feet. I will definitely be coming back to this location for the service alone. 10/10 Zane, you rock!

Floral department representative was so helpful and sweet. I couldn't decide what i wanted to get as a gift and the blonde hair woman was awesome. She really went out of her way. She is an asset to your store and the floral department.

Always a great selection and clean store location.

Deals and sales could be a bit better, but thats everywhere really. But walmart is cheaper on allot of things but giant is more convenience for me. And can't beat the gas points do come in handy for sure.

I have shopped this store countless times and never had a problem, various days and times.

My number one super market is and forever will be Giant of Levittown! From Floral, Produce, Deli, Sushi, Seafood, Meat, Dairy, Pharmacy, Baker, or Grocery they have it all. From six am to midnight seven days a week you'll be able to find your desires and whims. Best of all with a moral boosting group of employees that far surpass other locations of the same name why go anywhere else?

I enjoy this Giant more than the other ones in our area due to its large selection of different products. They have more options in grocery choices and their flower department is huge. The store is clean. Parking lot is well lit. Staff is attentive if you need assistance checking out.

I love giant usually very fresh and ripe produce even in the winter it's crazy. And the prices are not that bad I mean they're high everywhere so...not bad ..everyone is nice and helpful...if there is a picture of a crazy looking eel it was supposed to be for the hidden reef..not giant lol I tried to erase it but won't go away

Clean store, friendly workers (haven't once gotten "The Face, like you're keeping from my job, lol). Always has what I need in stock. This is the Giant @ New Falls & 413. The Street Rd location could take some pointers from the Levittown location.
