Great value, great selection, amazing staff -with one exception. There is a hunched over rotund fellow who has major hygiene issues, is beyond unfriendly, and after being a customer of this store for twenty years, and watching this guys antics I simply can't believe he manages to keep his job he is the worst. He appears to INTENTIONALLY WORK AS SLOW AS POSSIBLE with no sense of urgency during times of brisk business, in fact it is when the lines are longer than normal that I see him intentionally slow down. Counting out change literally coin by coin, asking every customer to see their credit card to compare signatures (I mean seriously? If the order showed signs of potentially being a fraud usage I can see this, but this guy checks signature on a credit card payment for a single bottle of seven dollar Nikolai vodka...this is infuriating to customers and I have seen him send people out to their cars to get I'd because their credit card was not signed holding up lines and customers being petty stickler for a transaction with little to no risk of fraud attempts. He is unfriendly, unhelpful, uncouth and truly unbefitting as an representative of the commonwealth of Pennsylvania. I wouldn't be so aggravated if this was not a state job, with high pay and
Good pension and benefits in a state controlled liquor store with no competition so there is no reason for them to improve service levels or focus on customer experience because of this, yet all the other folks working in this store take pride and ownership in their jobs, take time to learn products and provide helpful information, but then there is this "man" who can't be bothered to run a comb through dirty hair, clean the stains off his tie and try to at least not ruin someone's good day by acting petty and practicing wild and inappropriately malicious compliance in his unreasonable by the book service level that loses sight of the service part entirely. This is a guy only looking out for keeping his job, and not caring about performance or improvement in any way. Its Terrible. I was sooo glad for the store that was remodeled in Fairless hills which is so nice jow, so I can avoid the one on Durham, (that is three miles closer but so disrespectful of my time and business I refuse to give them my dollars unless forced to out of some rarely unforseen urgent need to pick up a specific bottle.). Someone should do something about this creep he is horrifying in so many ways.

Seems odd to give a 5 star rating for a liquor store, but I have to say the cashier here at night is so friendly. It's a male, I don't know his name, but I'll have to get it next time.

Got what I wanted. But then, I saw those frozen fruity drinks in the bags. They were only .74 a bag. I love that they have bargains there! Manager was accomodating and polite. The cashier was rude, and threw my bargain drinks into a box. I figure she won't last if she's as unhappy as she was that day.

Today got locked out of my car in parking lot and they let me hang in store till my backup came through. Excellent staff,super clean and always stocked. Keep it up.. 5 stars

I Love This Place! Everybody is so nice and have no problem showing you where your favorite Liquor is. They always have whatever I need. I would probably be really happy if I worked selling Hundreds of Thousands of Dollars worth of Liquor Too.

This location is convenient and quick. The staff are efficient, helpful, and keep the inventory organized. This is always my first choice unless it is later in the evening.

For a smaller store, the selection was quite impressive. Staff was friendly & helpful. Prices are fare.

I'm just going to say it it is a liquor store it's got a pretty good selection closely located to my to my mom's place so play Psy do stop from time to time to get a bottle of liquor I stopping every once in awhile when I'm over either seeing my mom or stop run the corner to my buddy's auto body shop so just happened to be convenient for me at certain times and a staff were actually pretty cool very nice very helpful

Although they didnt carry what I was looking for (rum runners) the girl was more than happy to help me find the ingredients so I could make it myself 👍

This is a Pa State store that has extended hours and a little different selection than Bristol Commerce Park or Levittown. The staff is always helpful and courteous.
