Top notch service and installation. Had a pellet insert installed in my existing brick fireplace. The two installers used care when inside my home by putting down drop cloths and blankets to protect the floor. The install was completed in a professional manner. They took the time to show me how to operate and clean the stove.

KC has put two stoves in for me. One replaced a coal boiler tied into a hydronic system. Emily and Kathy in the office are efficient and quick and what little they did not know about the products, they found out for me fast. Keith knocked out a survey very quickly.

Price was high-ish, but not insane for the amount of work the job took. I got what I paid for. Herbie and Kevin (the former owner, I believe) Kirk, and "the kid!" did a killer job. They got a complex hydronic system up and running after muscling the old boiler out of my basement and within a few hours I was stuffing splits into my new stove.

Had a few questions about some lingering issues with the hydronic system and Kevin called me back from his personal phone number the next morning; I had them ironed out quickly. A major change to my heating system up and running smoothly in well under 24 hours for a price that wasn't inexpensive, but was an excellent value.

Hard to come across quality this good now-a-days. Id give more than 5 stars if I could. Can’t say enough about this place! I called with a few questions about my fireplace. Not only were were super friendly, but also took their time to talk to me explaining the answers to the questions I had. Instead of treating me like just another dollar for the business, they treated me like an actual human being who needed help. When I went into the store, they had my item ready to go, making it super timely and convenient. I went home with my new products to install, I installed them, and resolved all of my issues I was having. They really know what they are talking about and do a great job with their business. Called KC when my gas fireplace refused to light. Howard was dispatched to perform a repair. Howard was very professional and diagnosed the problem very quickly. He ordered the part and returned to replace it when it was received. The repair resolved my problem. Would call them again if needed! Thanks KC!

I have a pellet stove now for 10 years. Every time I need parts & supplies I go to KC stoves. They always have plenty of supplies & parts in stock.Their prices are good. The people that work there are nice & friendly and knowledgeable. I shop around for the best price on supplies & parts and most of the time KC has the best price. One important thing to remember. Every time I went to KC for something THEY HAD IT IN STOCK. A lot of the other stove places around ( I been to all of them) don't have stuff in stock. They try to BS you why they don't have it in stock and they can order it for you. I don't know about the rest of you but when my stove is down and I need a part or something else I WANT IT NOW not tomorrow or next week or whenever. If I didn't want it right away and want to do business like that I would stay home in my house and just order it online. That's why I go to KC stoves. They are A #1 in my book👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Great prices on wood pellets if you shop early. Good selection of fireplaces and accessories. I had them install a pellet stove a few years back and they did a great job. I needed to have it serviced and they got it back up and running in no time.

Keith and the Staff at KC Stoves are Awesome. Called to schedule service for my pellet stove. The Staff was prompt and courteous was able to schedule me according to my request. Upon arrival the Technician was well groomed, polite, respectful and Knowledgeable. Best experience. I would not go anyplace else for my stove or fireplace needs.

My Vermont Castings gas stove would not light. This stove has run extremely well for 22 years with very little service. Called KC and they got me a service call in the middle of winter within a week. Howard came and got my old baby going again, actually had 2 parts with him for this dinosaur!

My husband had an issue with a pellet stove we purchased from another company in Quakertown and after only 2 months, we had a problem with it shutting off. The company that sold us the stove gave us the run around about service. My husband, Andy, found K C Stoves on line and called. Everyone he dealt with was very friendly and helpful, from the receptionist to Keith, who was able to troubleshoot over the phone and resolved our issue. If you are interested in a pellet stove or fireplaces, then head on to Alburtis and visit K.C. Stoves. Keith and his staff are courteous, knowledgeable and deliver what they promise. They have tolerated all my questions. If you purchase pellets or stove maintenance in the "off season" the discounts are quite appealing. Also during the off season is "0" percent financing to qualified buyers.

After reading some of the previous reviews, I find it necessary to describe my experience with this dealership. After doing a fair amount of research on pellet stoves, I concluded that a Harmon would be the best selection for us. I realized the best time for my wife and myself to go look at the machine would be noon time on a Monday., I called the office, was promptly connected to the salesperson Keith Oldt, told him my intentions to arrive at noon, quoted him the square footage of my home, and asked if there would be a person on the floor who would be knowledgable about my questions. Keith told me yes, he would be waiting for us. After arriving and being greeted by a handshake and a hello, I explained that I was interested in a Harmon pellet stove. After Keith assessed all of my needs for a particular sized stove, he took me back to show me the least, not most expensive Harmon stove on the floor, obviously not placing concerns for his commission first. After asking him a series of questions, my wife and I settled on the Harmon Absolute 43 in a porcelain finish. At that point Keith scheduled us for installation two days later. The installation was performed by Troy and Paul, who took the utmost caution to ensure that our interior furnishings and floor were protected. Upon completion of the installation, Troy and Paul took time to explain the easy touch controls and overall maintenance. We highly recommend K.C. Stoves and Fireplaces to anyone interested in stoves or fireplaces.

Our gas fireplace would not start and we were looking for a repair service. We were referred to Keith of K C Stoves & Fireplaces he was fantastic. He was professional and generous with his time. He actually helped us solved the problem ourselves using Facetime and pictures of the fire place. He certainly deserves 5 from us.

I'll start by saying i'm not a customer YET.

I recently purchased a home and there was a fireplace present, that I thought was installed by KC Stoves. It turns out it was not. This fireplace that was previously installed did not meet code. Keith Oldt of KC Stoves went over and beyond to help me obtain the information I needed. His effort and willingness to help exceeded any expectation that I may have had. When needed, I will definitely be a customer of his. His actions gained a positive review and any further verbal recommendations that I can give to anyone who may ask.

I purchased an old barn find wood stove that needed a little TLC. I stopped at Kring's on my way back from my purchase. The staff was rude and would bother to ask me question so I could buy the correct stove pipe connector. I walked out and said I will never come back. Next day I stopped at KC. They were polite and helpful and above all told me I didn't need a connector and that the 6" pipe would slip in the stove collar. I bought a few fire bricks and told them I'd be back for anything else I needed. Thanks for the help KC.
