The salesman Dylan helped me out tremendously. One I decided, he had all the paperwork coordinated with the shop and I was able to fill it out Via Email. When I went to pick it up Dylan walked me through every last detail of the equipment from safety and operation, to long term care. I will 100% be coming back for my servicing and any other equipment I need for my lawn. 11/10 excellent service!

Roger Dale and Dylan Cias are very nice and very kind of persons when help me to buy the Honda Snowblower and Honda trimmer with ease. Because they are very nice to me, so in 3 weeks I have bought 2 Honda snowblower: Honda HSS928ATD and Honda HSS724ATD and another Honda UMC425 .

Great experience working with the team at Canns-Bilco!

I dropped of my grass trimmer for repair and to check if it was covered under warranty. It took a month for my trimmer to get on the bench to be look at. I called the shop and expressed some concerns regarding the communication (the lack of) and the nature of repair was done. The manager was kind enough to spend the time to walk me through the issues in details and showed me way to prevent the issue from happening. The trimmer had the difficulties starting due to ethanol in the fuel. He gave recommendations on the fuel treatment products to use. I was truly amazed by the amount of time that the shop, its staff and management team dedicate to educate its customers.

I purchased a Honda EU3000IS Generator and had a geat experience! They were very knowledgeable and friendly! They clearly explained when to service it, how to service it, and its operations. I would highly recommend this outdoor power equipment company to anyone!

These guys are very professional and patient especially with a non-farmer like me.

They take their time to explain problems as I encounter. They have also made good on a shredder whose drive shaft bent 3 times in a row!
