Taormina's Pizzeria

This family owned restaurant has been a staple of the community for at least 25 years. Originally called Daniela's, they recently changed their name to Taormina's. I always enjoy visiting any time I get the chance to visit when I'm in the area as I love their food.

I just stopped by this place yesterday to grab two slices of pizza. And I have to say the crust was outstanding! I like that it was nice and crispy and had the cornmeal on the bottom of the fat part of the crust. I normally don’t eat the whole slice I just eat the edge but the crust was so good I ate the whole two slices! I got sausage and green pepper and the sausage was delicious and the green pepper was freshly sliced and I really liked that. They also Put a nice amount of the toppings on the slice. Today a lot of pizza places don’t do that they’re kind of skimpy but this place was very good. I’m looking forward to trying their other dishes.

This is our go to for local pizza. You can never have just one slice - their pizza is THAT GOOD, even the old fashioned plain cheese pizza is a treat. They make some nice specialty pizzas also. We highly recommend the country chicken pizza and the BBQ chicken.
Most of their customers take out, so their dining area is nice and quiet. Once. When we had the kids along, the staff made it extra special by putting cartoons on the TV and cutting the kid's slices into smaller pieces. In our many times ordering they've always had the pizza's hot, correct and on time for pickup - very reliable.

Pizza is delicious, Just as good as little Italy in the Bronx 🍕 if not Better. Staff extremely courteous. I highly recommend this establishment. I look forward to returning for more.

Best Pizza in town. Direct from Italy its owners make delicious NY style pizza. Although not from NY they taste like Brooklyn😘👍👍😘🍕

ordered first time from here, very good pizza! looking forward to trying more food from here. This time I got a customized veggie sciilian pizza and garlic knots. veryy veryy well made. Crust was properly crisped on the bottom and toppings were correct. The sauce could be a little tangier (a tad bit sweet for my Indian pallete). But over all *chefs kiss* food!~

I absolutely love the staff very kind and patient really take an interest in their regular customers. Their pasta dishes are to die for never over or under done always just right! Sandwiches are great as are fries crispy on the outside and warm and fluffy. You absolutely cannot leave without trying one of their garlic knots they are absolutely fantastic.

Very friendly staff and this is the best pizza I've had in Pennsylvania after living here for almost 3 years. I'm from New Jersey and this reminded me of the pizza back home ❤ highly recommend!

The eggplant parmigiana is excellent! Their eggplant parmigiana is as good or better than what you find in more expensive restaurants in the region at a lower price. The dinner entree portion is large and one dinner can be shared by two adults. They recently remodeled the interior of this establishment. The service is great - always courteous and quick! I never experienced a mistake or oversight in food orders. As far as value I rate this A+! You can byob if you wish to eat in.

Love This Place! Their red sauce is fantastic! Great lunch special deal for slices+a drink! We get delivery often and it's quick,arrives hot and us ALWAYS delicious!

This is the best pizza in the area. No question. My fiancé is from NYC and complains about the pizza in Pennsylvania because she says “nothing is like New York pizza” until I took her to Taormina’s. She thinks it’s the best pizza she ever had, and so do I. The staff is very friendly as well and the place looks great! My favorite pizzeria!

We order from Daniella's on a regular basis. We have gotten take out, delivery and have dined in. Every time we thoroughly enjoy the food and have a good experience. Their wings are excellent, stromboli is delicious and pizza is very good too.

Brooklyn pizza is absolutely delicious. It's one of my favorite local pizzas. I'd get a photo of it but as soon as I open the box I need a slice.

Ive been ordering there for almost 3 years and it was always just okay, but lately... PHEWWW the chicken cheese steaks have been AMAZINGGGG ! there is actual flavor in the chicken. Idk if its a new cook or recipe but PLEASE keep it up!!

So I recently posted a negative review out of frustration. I did say Daniellas was our go to place for almost 5 years, we had them on speed dial lol
I said over past year things have changed for the worst. My last order sent me over the top.
I would like everyone to know that Vinny, the owner reached out to me to ask what things he could fix. And he sent over the food I complained about, the hamburger was as awesome as it used to be.

Daniela's is the best pizza shop around! Has great burgers and cheesestakes, and a big menu. The workers are extremely nice, especially the delivery driver during the week, such fast service.

My family and I have recently been ordering here a LOT and are not disappointed! My little brothers are obsessed with the pizza and my parents and I love the dinner entrees! I highly recommend ordering and checking this place out!

We’ve been happily ordering from them for about a year now. They’re out favorite place. But now last week we’re suddenly out of their delivery zone. Even though the map on their website shows us just inside of it. I’m so upset!
