I LOVE Dr. Yi, she is fantastic with my son and I never feel rushed when with her, she always answers my questions and she is just a lovely person. My son needed to see a specialist and the office was amazing with organizing all of that for me which made the stressful situation way less stressful. My son has seen various doctors at this practice and I have been happy with all of them aside from one (considering I’ve seen probably 8 of their doctors and all of them have been great I’ll take it as the 1 was having a bad day). Anytime I’ve had an issue or concern I have felt listened to and feel as though the issue was rectified. Highly recommend this practice

They were critical in saving our daughters life catching something early. I feel the staff is friendly, I’ve never had an issue with anyone there. I believe since COVID this is more of a triage portion of the practice.

They give you great care

I like the practice. The doctors are professional and offer great advice. You don’t feel rushed or unheard. However, I do not care for their phone system. Any time I need to call for anything, I am not answered. I always have to leave a message and wait for them to contact me back. That is very frustrating. Sometimes we end up playing phone tag until I am available the moment the happen to call.

I just recently moved to another practice and didn't want to leave an honest review until I reestablished elsewhere, but this office is terrible. The ONLY thing that kept me there for a year was Dr. Hubbard because he's a wonderful doctor-but that's all I can say positive about the office. One nurse entered the room with gloves on and wanted to administer a shot to my child w/o changing her gloves. I waited over a 1/2hr in the exam room to be seen (on more than one occasion) with a screaming baby. One of the physicians I saw on a sick visit reeked of cigarettes. And another physician basically manhandled my child in order to get her up on the exam table-with no regard for what I said that she is very fearful of laying on the exam table.

To me-the office is far too busy and it feels more like a churn and burn place that really has no connection to the patients. It's unfortunate.
I'm glad I found a practice where I genuinely feel that time is taken and great care is provided.

1-Star is far too many... avoid. Multiple trips here with no adjustment to care, blown off and ignored. Took child to different practice and had real diagnosis within the first visit and a real treatment plan.

Stay away from these people. Shady business practices. They'll sit on your payment for months and then submit you to collections. They are more concerned about money than patients. Customer service people are nasty as well, offer nothing except snide remarks

Very bad service
I was rushed out of the appointment
I had concerns about about lab results
He did not explained anything
Also knee problem he did not want to hear about it
Dr was rude and snappy
He did not ask my child if he was feeling alright
My child has been having no Appetite
Stomachache
He pushed us out
Rude never gave me a chance to talk about it

Allow at least an extra 45 minutes for your appointment.
