Little Pepi's Pizzelles

These are BY FAR the BEST cookies I've ever eaten! I got hooked on them about three years ago around the holidays when I saw them in Acme Markets. I have not had many weeks go by where there are not Little Pepi's Anise Flavored Pizzelles in my cabinet! Unfortunately the local grocery stores near me do not carry them unless it is around Christmas Holiday. I did find that they let the supply sell down after Christmas until the Expire date, which is how I am still able to get them. I have ordered them through Amazon in the past but prefer to pick up in a store. They are crispy, light, and the aftertaste they leave is amazing. These cookies are one of my guilty pleasures:-) They are a little pricey in my opinion though... thats the only thing I would change. They sell for 5.99 a box, only one size box, the tall one. To me thats a bit much but I pay it because I love them so much.

Love-Love-Love these cookies! Delicious and fresh! My brother had a bone marrow transplant and he was so sick he could not eat; however, he was able to eat these though. So thank you for a great product!!!

The best pizzelles.But I am not able to find a place to buy them.

Always delicious and fresh

I was so excited when I found Pizzelle on Amazon and the company 'Little Pepi's' statement 'Proudly baked in the USA for over 55 years' pulled me in so I decided to purchase 8 boxes of Pizzelle from Little Pepi's (a variety of flavors from Anise, Vanilla, Coconut, Chocolate...yes I said Chocolate...not my Italian Mom's flavors but why not give them a try). Why not... because I was extremely disappointed...I couldn't tell the Vanilla from the Coconut, the only one that had flavor (a bit to much) were the Chocolate Pizzelle. I performed my own little tasting test with three friends giving them each 3 Different flavors and no one could tell what flavors they were suppose to be and the sad part was not only no flavor but the consistency were very 'limp' instead of the crispness I expected in a Pizzelle. Being brought up in a big Italian family maybe it makes me overly critical because I know what a true Pizzelle should taste like and these weren't them. I did contact the company and spoke with a lovely gentleman who apologized and said he couldn't understand why this happened but he would look into it. He was about to offer me some free products but I said no thank you, I didn't call for that I just wanted your company aware of these very disappointing 'Pizzelle's'. One of my friends decided to put ice cream between two cookies and that helped...but ice cream makes everything taste better I think.

Just bought a box of pumpkin flavor in Reading ma. At Russel farm. This was my first box and my last. The worst pizzelli I have ever tasted. So soggy and tasteless took one bite and threw the box out. Waste of money.

Have eaten these all my life, but this time they tasted different. WHY? BECAUSE THEY ARE USING CHEAP CANOLA OIL as one of the ingredients, which has altered the taste, and sadly the product is just not the same any longer. REAL SAD THEY WENT CHEAP ON THE INGREDIENTS.

I received my order and there were cockroaches all over the box. I contacted customer service who informed me that they do not believe it is their fault and that they would do nothing to accommodate me. I returned the box to sender as I do not want to bring cockroaches into my home. They have lost a customer due to their lack of customer service.

Such a nice taste but two out of three times they were limp and mushy. So disappointed and Amazon does not refund food.

The absolute worst Pizzelles ever.

I absolutely felt like I was drinking a bottle of anise extract I will never buy these again.....
