Additions by B&H were excellent from start to finish. From planning to completing our sunroom addition, they were top notch. Communication throughout was excellent. They kept us informed throughout each step of the process. They were here each day, early morning as expected and let us know when they wouldn’t be coming, which was rare. Their work was excellent. Any questions or concerns were immediately addressed. They collected all trash and kept their work spaces neat and clean. They are the best contractors we have experienced by far. They executed the vision for our sunroom exactly as we had hoped. We would certainly hire the B & H team again.

Additions by B&H came very highly recommended to us and they did not disappoint. Thanks to everyone at Additions by B&H our kitchen has gone from drab to fab. Everyone that worked on our project was professional and respectful, and the an end result is high quality workmanship. Being without a kitchen can be very disruptive to anyone but this was a smooth process and I can attribute to that everyone that worked on our kitchen. Brian helped get us started with design and layout while Steve and his crew saw it through within the promised time. Steve was excellent on his updates and communication throughout the process. We are beyond happy every time we walk into our gorgeous kitchen. Thank you to everyone that worked on it, we absolutely love it. We will definitely be recommending them and calling B&H for all future projects.

Additions by b&H just completed our basement bar. To say we are happy is an understatement. After our first meeting with Brian where we went over the design and put everything down on paper we knew we were in good hands. Steve, the project manager was on top of every aspect of the renovation and kept in constant communication with us throughout the project. No ask was too small and we really appreciated that! Every member of the team was professional, respectful of our home, punctual and the outcome exceeded our expectations. Thank you B&H for hearing our vision and giving us a beautiful space to enjoy for years to come!! We will 100% use B&H for our future home renovation projects.

Additions by B&H completed an expansion and renovation of our kitchen as well as the addition of a new master bedroom above our garage and family room. This was a BIG job and we had never been through anything like it before. The whole team at B&H, from Brian’s design discussions and Steve’s project management to the skilled workers across the trades, did an outstanding job. Did everything go perfectly? Of course not! No job of this size and complexity is going to go without unexpected issues, changes in scope, and errors. The mark of a truly good company, though, is how they handle these issues. We can tell you that without a doubt, B&H treated our home as if it was their own and did whatever they needed to do to “make it right” when something unexpected happened. We are absolutely thrilled with how this job turned out and the process of working with B&H. We proudly show off our renovation and recommend B&H without hesitation.

Twelve years ago Additions by B&H added a sunroom on our home. They did such a great job we went back to them for a huge overhaul needed in our home....bathrooms, kitchen, stairs, floor and front door. Everything looks amazing!!! They even checked on the sunroom while they were here to make sure it was still in good shape! The project manager (Steve), the workers, everyone was professional and gave quality work. We are very happy with our new home and will call them again for future projects!

We recently worked with Additions by B&H and finished adding a two-story addition to our house to extend the dining area and family room, as well as create a new bedroom for our son. We needed to take down our chimney due to water damage. Brian was very responsive to our needs and the crew made the new bump out for our fireplace look like it had always been there. Ryan and his work partner took great care with the deconstruction/construction. Steve kept us informed and made sure everything was taken care of. Juan did a fantastic job with the siding. Thank you to all for making a VERY STRESSFUL situation a bit easier.

We bought a home last year and right away we knew we needed to enlarge the kitchen and move the laundry to the main floor. Little did we know our property was zoned as residential agricultural land. We learned pretty quickly how difficult getting permits would be. B&H was by our side through the whole process. They made it so much easier to get through the permit and variance process. They were patient and helpful. They even helped to give us suggestions on other projects we had going on in our new home. The addition they built for us is beautiful and absolutley everything we wanted. We can't wait to raise our kids in our new house!

We 10/10 recommend B&H to everyone we know (and even those we don't know).

We lacked a blueprint so many Contractors would not quote our addition.
When we reached out to B&H, Brian understood our vision after scheduling a meeting in the same week. B&H used their own architect and we received a quote with a blueprint in a few short weeks. I cant say enough about our team leader Steve. Steve did an incredible job at communicating with us every day to let us know what phase of construction would be happening next. He kept the schedule running on time with very few days sitting idle. Each crew were friendly and treated my family with respect. In many cases going above and beyond to accommodate our busy schedule. I would certainly recommend B&H and might even use them again in a couple years for a sun room.

If you choose B & H for your home enhancement needs, you will have made the best choice! They designed a custom sunroom addition for us that was spectacular. From start to finish, we were in good hands; the design, the workers, the project manager - everyone was expert, respectful of our home (daily clean-up!) and paid attention to detail. We had a couple of existing design challenges to “work around”, and because of B & H’s experience, they gave us great ideas. They even had a mason who came out to extend our 60 yr. old existing flagstone patio by a few feet to meet the exterior wall of the addition. The way he incorporated the new flagstones into the old patio and matched the grout color was old world craftsmanship! They also put up a new roof on the main house, and again, the work was excellent.

A year or two later, we had them back to put up a retractable awning. It is gorgeous and not only shades our outdoor living space, but keeps the adjoining rooms inside a little cooler when extended.

We have referred B&H to many people, who have also been very pleased with the outcomes.

Custom Additions by B&H just did a fantastic job with our major home renovation! All the work is excellent, and our experience living through such major work was very good. Neighbors and guests are still complimenting the results, both inside and out! We highly recommend B&H, and hope to start another big home project with them soon!

The Project: B&H did a complete gut and rebuild of the back half of our 1923 home first floor. They did major structural work, and put in an entirely new kitchen, powder room, and mudroom. We got several estimates for the project, and B&H was very market-appropriate, especially for the caliber of work.

The People: Brian was very insightful and responsive in our planning, and a pleasure to interact with. Our foreman Steve was tremendous, and his workmanship superb. Chris, the senior GC, is a gem, exemplary in his thoroughness and professionalism.

The Management: All of the subcontractors B&H brought in were very capable and knowledgeable, punctual and pleasant, and reliable to have at our home. We ran into a couple hiccups along the way with the project, and the company was very responsive in getting things right back on track.

B&H had a great handle on everything that needed to be done throughout the project, and the knowledge and skills handled everything new, as well as the old, in our historic home. We thoroughly recommend them, and are confident their work will be equally excellent for anyone reading this review!!

B&H just finished a remodel at my house. Kitchen/dining room/laundry rooms were remodeled and a new powder room was installed. Walls were knocked down and new ones put up and it was pretty messy and stressful, but the team, led by Chris did such a great job. They left the place clean(as possible) at the end of each day. Chris was so kind and helpful, making sure we did not have to go too long without a washer. All of the team were friendly and respectful of my space(I work from home). And Brian did an amazing job offering suggestions during the design process - things I would never have thought of. He talked to me, found out what I wanted, came up with a design and then worked with me to come up with a final design that was perfect. I could not be happier with everything. Now I can't wait to get the bathrooms remodeled :)

Chris and Brian are the best!! We had our kitchen redone 3 years ago and not a day goes by we don’t admire it!! Their design team, contractors and love for their clients is top notch!! I Highly recommend them for all your home additions and renovations!

We just completed a Master Bed and Bath addition and we couldn’t be happier! There were some bumps along the way, as is expected with any renovation but everyone we dealt with at B & H was kind, helpful and reliable!
