We had an issue with the size of cushions orders vs. received. Don't know who's error - theirs or mine. We called and spoke with Bruce. He was extremely helpful and resolved the issue immediately. I found Wicker Living, LLC on the internet when I was looking for replacement parts for my Lloyd Flanders outdoor furniture. The owner, Bruce, couldn't have been more helpful in getting me the information that I needed and talking me through the process of trying to do the needed repair. Honestly, I don't think I've ever dealt with a salesperson who was as responsive and committed to seeing that I got what I needed. I highly recommend gving this business YOUR business! Best prices around for Lloyd Flanders, in particular (and probably other things as well).

Lets me start off by saying I am a first timer to online ordering. Wicker Living made this a breeze. My cushions arrived faster then I ever thought and the quality of the cushions A++++. I have added Wicker Living to my web favorites tab. And have told anyone and everyone if they want great quality cushions this is your last stop. DO NOT GO any further.

I would highly recommend this company. I ordered chaise cushions & they had a large assortment of fabric types & colors. It was during the pandemic so I emailed to inquire about status. They were very prompt In responding to any questions & cushions were delivered as they said. I cannot say enough about their customer service; it was fantastic.
