By reputation alone, I chose to have them as my heating oil company when I first moved here 6 years ago. They are highly ethical, prompt, professional and fair. It is so lovely to see them continue on with this family business. Clearly they want to keep their quality standards high.

If you are looking to have HVAC work done, particularly oil heaters or boilers, I highly recommend HM. They replaced our old oil furnace and power vent last Oct (2022) and did a great job for a great price. 3 people came out and work was completed in about 6.5 hours. I contacted them after getting a few ridiculously high estimates from several other big name HVAC contractors. One told me it would be a 2 and a half day job for 2 people. That company's employees must work really slow! One told me how difficult and expensive the power vent is to replace and wanted to charge about $2500 just for that portion of the job! Several other "full service" HVAC companies said they don't install oil furnaces at all. Stick with Harold Myers. There is a reason they have been in business as long as they are.

Professional from start to finish- answer the phones when you call, came out promptly to fill oil when we ran out & even came in to check everything was working properly. Very friendly & knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Had my oil burner replaced, what a great crew! On time, friendly, clean, good price and I felt really good about the whole experience. I also had a problem (pre replacement) with a leak in my oil line. I called on a Friday at 5:30 PM and they came out within 30 minutes, replaced the line and didn't charge me an arm and a leg. Been using them for my oil deliveries for 15 years plus and never had a problem.

This company has wonderful customer service. They are always available on the phone with no hassle, they are quick to deliver oil and also quick to respond to calls for furnace servicing (even emergency weekend calls). Great prices too. I’ve been using them for over 2 years since we bought our home and it has been a pleasure!

Harold Myers team has my highest recommendation for both heating oil delivery and HVAC technical services. Their team is technically thorough and their operations a highly focused on customer service with rapid response. They are committed to all requests no matter how small or large including emergency burner service to help a family get their heat running again as in our case.

So thankful for the service we received. Highly recommend. We woke up this morning with no heat, it’s the middle of winter, on a Sunday during a pandemic. It sure felt like the odds were stacked against us this time! Harold Myers came through and helped us fix the boiler. We are back up and running. You can trust them!
