My doctor sent me here for an epidural injection for a ruptured disc in my spine. I was so afraid of getting a shot because I've had some not-very-pleasant medical experiences in the past, but there was absolutely no reason to be (as April patiently explained, thank you!) Everyone is so friendly! They are all very highly trained, and it shows the whole time. Dr. Bundy is very kind and funny and he put me at ease immediately with a dad joke, and I could see that his eyes and face (behind the mask) were smiling. Everyone focuses on you and your needs, and you aren't rushed through prep or recovery, which is important. They really treat you very well! I look forward to seeing them when my next shot is due in a few months, as I know that I'll be well taken care of and feel better ASAP. Thank you to all of you!

Everyone at the Center for Pain Control is friendly, knowledgeable and concerned for your needs. They consider you as part of the “team” as we all navigate through my needs. Appointments run in a timely manner and you never feel rushed during your appointment. Definitely a place to go!

Karen is great. Love her approach to patient car, straight forward and to the point, clinical when she needs to be and personal at the same time. She is also conscientious. She reads the diagnostic reports. On my report she picked up on a typo that would have been a sign of a catastrophic diagnosis. Her attention to detail impresses me.

My regular three month appointment was with Karen Kerns. She reviewed my meds, checked my vitals, suggested I try a CBD stick instead of salve. I told her my arthritis doctor had written me a script for PT. We decided I should do the PT before I schedule another epidural. She also told me that the Lancaster Group that is sharing Pain Mgmt’s space is now doing “nerve burning” for shoulder pain. Relevant for me as I have a painful torn rotator cuff. The visit was pleasant and productive. Office staff is always considerate.

Dr. Bundy was amazing. He took his time, explained everything and held my hand through my process. He was very clear, from the start, of my options. I ended up needing surgery, but dealing with him prior was great. His bedside manner was kind and caring.

Dr. Bundy is very good at what he does giving shots that is all. It seems to me that is all he wants to do, everything else goes to his assistant which is a waste of time. To me she's like a deer in headlights and not sure what to do and really can't do anything. I'm on medical marijuana and it helps to a point but after 2 years I have more pain than when I started. After seeing a family member pass the day before I saw her I learned that the only way this individual got any relief was after going on hospice so I know that is the only way I will get relief. Once on the marijuana program they will not prescribe any pain meds, I could get them from the street but won't, that is not a message I want to send to my grandsons so bourbon will do can't function on either one but it is a lot less than over 500.00 a month and that is just the marijuana nothing else. They don't care bottom line and probably have it in their portfolio of investments since they push the CBD and stimulators.

I have been going to Center For Pain Control for years, and have nothing but wonderful things to say about the entire staff. They are the best in the Berks county area. Love them all!!!!

Dr. Bundy and his nursing staff are the best at what they do. If you do go or call just be sure to them you want Dr.Bundy for your Dr. He really cares about his patients. Not like some just careing about themselves and the all mighty dollar

I had gone to the center for pain control for several years. Karen has always taken time and gave me excellent care. I am a patient for a life.
