JOANN Fabric and Crafts

Jo-Ann Fabrics is one of the first places someone should go if they have any crafting needs.

The store is much more than fabric supplies. Almost any craft that you could want to work with they'll have something for you. Sections include picture framing, yarn, glasswares, paints and other mediums of that sort.

The store has a couple handicap parking spots. Doors are automated for easy entry of wheelchair.

All of the staff has always been friendly, in my experience. It's quite refreshing and I enjoy all of the interactions I've ever had with their employees.

One of the best things about Jo-Ann Fabrics is their app. You can shop online, order online, pay online, and do in store pickup. They can also ship to you. They have regular sales so that you can save even more money from their regular pricing.

Nice, organized, and clean store. Very friendly staff; especially Mia. She was a wonderful help cutting our fabric and even went out of her way to make sure we got exactly what we needed. Thank you Mia

They always have what I am looking for and have a nice selection too. Prices are also cheaper than their local coMpetitor.

Lots of goodies. Fabric cutting table was super nice. The girl at the check out wasn't very friendly. Didn't speak a word to us. Not even a hello. Wouldn't even repeat my total. I had to ask. How much is that please ?
Oh well her problem. The managers friendly.

My boyfriend and I arrived 30 minutes before closing on a Sunday. The Lancaster store is truly awful so I made a trip to Reading.
All of the female staff that we encountered were super helpful in getting us the supplies that we needed and just wonderful. Cheyenne, in particular, was a breath of fresh air. She had an engaging and positive attitude despite being bogged down with closing duties. This is such a contrast from a similar trip I took to Michael's in Lancaster, where the manager was insensitive, not helpful, and downright snippy. Thank you JoAnn's in Reading!

I was looking for loops for potholders. Could not find them. Then a very nice cashier showed me where.

This Jo-Ann's is always nice and clean. The staff is always helpful. If you need help finding something or even have a question about a project you are working on they will do their best to help you out. The fabric selection has a wide variety of types and patterns. The crafting half of the store is just as good. Lots of papercrafting supplies, beads and jewelry, a ton of kids crafts, fine art supplies, and more. Plus they get a lot of cute seasonal stuff to decorate with.

I was looking for something specific that they did not have in the quantity that I needed. No problems though. Still a very nice store.

This was my first time here and I was lost because I have never had to purchase fabric. Becky T made the while experience awesome. She was so helpful and polite and even included my children.

I bought a cricut heat press here a few month back . It recently started showing an error code . So I brought it back to Joanns. They were extremely helpful in locating my receipt for an exchange. They went above & beyond for every customer at checkout as well . Really a great place & great workers

Excellent service. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. The lady cutting material to size was super helpful. Great place to find everything you need for those DIY projects you've been thinking about. Just be careful with the candy bars and other sweets right by the registers. Those prices are out of control, even higher than the ones at grocery stores, if you can believe that. Awesome place. All different types of material to make clothing,curtains etc...
You name it!! Arts and crafts materials in abundance. You can make your own jewelry. Things in season as well.
This place will be a favorite for me. Also there is free DIY pamphlets for beginners to advanced. So go get started!!!

Great store. Found items easily. Friendly and helpful staff service.

Had a good experience with the Beginners introduction to sewing class. It was 2 and a half hours long giving plenty of time to work on the project. This store can get busy but it's not a bad thing unless you can't stand on your feet for more than 10 minutes.

Usually are well stocked. Have a lot of new girls working there that are really nice.

They carry almost ANYTHING you could need or want for sewing, knitting, crafting, jewelry-making, holiday decor, picture framing and fun hobbies (more for ladies and kids; don't care if I'm not p.c.) I could spend all day in that store!

There was a line because they were only allowing 1 person in the store at a time. One lady tried to walk in ahead of the line and another lady tried to stop her so they got in a fight. Police were called. All this at Joann's fabrics! 10/10 covid quality entertainment.

I would definitely recommend this store. My sewing machine broke when I was finishing up my quilt the night I needed it completed. This store generously allowed me to come in and use their sewing machine to complete my project. I could not imagine how I would have gotten it done without their kindness.
