Patient and accommodating doctors! I have been coming here for years and have always had a positive experience. Everyone I know that gets allergy shots comes here, and I can see why.

Everyone is always so nice and do their nest to accommodate us. We really like Dr Patel

My 1 yo daughter was seen at this practice for her allergies and we had a great experience. The front office staff was very attentive and courteous. We saw Dr Anil Patel who has a great bedside manner and tried to make my daughter feel comfortable. He is very knowledgeable and explained my daughter's condition to us in a thorough manner. I would highly recommend this practice!

From the front desk receptionists to the nurses to Dr. Patel, everyone was kind, courteous and polite. Dr. Patel was extremely thorough in answering my questions, took the time to ask more - gaining the knowledge that he needed to focus on the testing we should be doing ( which ended up being over 70 different testing to many allergies - luckily many coming back w/ a negative result & unfortunately Others not so lucky🤪🤣 , but I left there feeling so much calmer & at ease - totally like I got complete & detailed answers, many answers I was looking for & more! - nurses and Patel going above and beyond for me!

Great staff and doctors, but not the most convenient hours of operation.

So far our experience has been subpar at best. The Doctors have been great but the front desk staff is awful and not personable at all. Our first appt we arrive 10 mins early with our 2 and 4 year old the glass window was closed and about 7 staff members chatting and cackling never acknowledged us. We were the only people in the entire office several of them clearly saw us and still never acknowledged us did everything in their power to avoid contact in fact so they could continue chatting and laughing, this went on for about 15 mins. Finally someone opened the glass and called my name, just asked for what they needed and didn't even say hi or attempt to be friendly in any way. Then we were brought to the room and the staff was still not very engaging, I mean its a 2 and 4 year old you would think they know they are scared first time at this doctor people woild attempt to be more engaging and sweet but nope not one person was. The doctor was great. Another pet peeve has been that i have 2 kids being seen they can never accommodate appointments together and I constantly have to sch 2 appointments on seperate days its just hard I am a full time stay at home/ working mom so keep trying to use my lunch breaks all the time 2 times a week sometimes more is frustrating. Also we had allergy panels done and they couldn't sch those together so again 2 seperate appointments then won't read the results have to come back again for 2 seperate appointments to read results. I missed my appointmentment due to bad weather and kids getting sick and myself getting sick I have called 3 timesaving left 3 voicmails for a call back to reschedule and have received no calls back so still don't know the results of theses allergy test which could possibly help my kids to finally get on the right medications!! So all in all not a great experience!

Had to cancel an appointment due to my kids having the stomach bug. I cancelled well outside the 24 hour cancellation window. I received a $50 statement for a missed appointment. I called and spoke to the office manager and she said they have no record of me canceling. I asked them if I could show them the phone records and she said no and was incredibly rude and hung up on me. Very disappointing. Look at their yelp page as well. Very similar reviews
