Best Western West Valley Inn

We came to stay here while we were waiting for our new place to live to get ready and boy am I happy we did this place is amazing. They have great breakfast. The staff was very friendly and informative. They help me get a better deal by going online and registering first, I’m super grateful for this place. They have quite a bit of parking in the front and then more in the back. They have places to charge your electric cars. The beds are pretty comfy and I just like the whole vibe here it’s very chill and calming. We did try and go swimming in. The water was freezing in the pool, they might have just changed the water out or something other than that I would give this place five stars thanks a whole bunch best western. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking to not spend too much money and also have a luxurious time.

Customer service was great and super easy! Super friendly and when i had issues with my toilet they sent someone right away. Comfy bed and pillows. Check out was smooth as well! And there was breakfast ready and hot!

The employees here actually seem to actually care. Since I've been here I've been greeted with a hello, how are you, have a good day as I leave and welcome back when I return.

I was in a super hard spot durning my stay with them and the employees actually help by extending my stay and letting us store our stuff while they gave us another room. It really helped a lot, and I hope the employees know that me and my family are so grateful for the customer service.

Even if it doesn't have a elevator it's still a very CLEAN and doesn't smell like dirty rug and a plusss they have hot chocolate in the lobby and it's not just the Swiss packets...it's an actual machine and this is my first time staying at a hotel that has that. I am not a coffee drinker soo I know I will 100% be booking here for any staycation in my future.

It's definitely not the place in the picture. That is very misleading. Smelled like weed inside the lobby, and the employee wasn't very attentive. I don't believe they have an elevator at all to go to the second floor. When we came in late at night, my wife went in before me, and some random drunk guy was there asking for her to order an Uber to his hotel. He was badgering her in front of the front desk employee until I came in. The staff made no attempt to remove him or ask him to leave. We continuously kept looking back to make sure he wasn't following us to the room.
However the room was great. No complaints there. But the building is not the same as the picture associated with this place.

Had one of the best hotel experience here! Staff was awesome and super helpful! They offered to help me carry my luggage up since their elevator was down! Evening staff even left the pool open for me since I got in late! Will definitely be staying here again!

I just want to shout out to Jorge he is amazing,fantastic,energetic and he has the best customer service ever! When I first met him I felt like I knew him forever, not to mention the motel is always clean I tried going to court yard one time and that place was disgusting best western is my favorite and Jorge makes the stay 100 times better. So Thankyou Jorge and thanks to the motel.I will keep coming back .Jorge keep up the good work and you are #1employee in my book Can someone make him employee of the year 😁

This hotel and it's location is perfect and quiet and away from everything else, I love how I can easily walk to valley fair mall in minutes and there's so many restaurants and stores around I don't need to drive. The staff is amazing and helpful and the rooms are nice and clean.

I had an amazing stay at the Best western West valley Inn. The staff was welcoming and helpful, the place was always clean, and the amenities were great. It's in a convenient location there are all the necessary things next to the hotel including a mall. The breakfast was really nice. For the price, it's definitely worth it. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The young man at the front desk was very personable and friendly. Other reviews mention the number and variety of policies in place, but my experience is they are there to protect the guests and the property/staff itself. The room was clean, air conditioning worked well and overall left a good impression. The only slight drawback was at least one of the pillow cases needed to be rotated out for old stains that apparently will not come out in the laundry. Breakfast was standard Best Western fare, but was well presented. Hot items were actually hot, which is not the norm at all locations. After hours, it was very good to see the staff confirming only registered guests of the hotel were entering the hotel for everyone's safety. The hotel's exterior is tidy and well maintained.

They were cool to deal with rooms were clean. The only thing that kinda sucks is you can't have people coming and going after 10 pm but it also makes it nice and quiet. So if your planning on partying there after 10 pm don't count on it they will kick you out or not let you in. Thinking they are family or local owned but all and all I would get a room there again for my wife and I.

I had the best experience here at western my first time staying , the young lady at the front desk was very accommodating to all my request , I’ll be back

In response to anyone reading the review left by Kia H. I seen these 2 freeloaders verbally abuse the very pregnant and nice GM at th front desk at their check out. Shame on you. The best Western here is great and had the place very clean. Sorry you heard a baby cry, babies do that at times. Breakfast was awesome everyday day for the 3 night stay I was there.

So clean, nicely renovated. the pool was closed for maintenance which made us super bummed because that's why I chose that hotel, but that was my fault for not asking first to make sure the pool was open. The outside doesn't do it justice, the rooms are very clean and smell fresh. Nice breakfast buffet, the Belgian waffles were delicious!

I've stayed here for a while now and I've never had any kinds of problems with the staff in any way shape and form, they have been nothing but nice to me and my family and guest's I bring, the location is the best you can get Because everything is literally a mile walk away or less. Definitely staying here any time I'm in the city.

we finally found a hotel that makes you feel like home and the staff makes you feel like family, where everyone is polite , the service is great and the complimentary breakfast is awesome, no wonder they call it best western, especially this one BW west valley city. I have been to many hotels and i have to say this is one of the top best.

The customer service was awesome. I loved where this hotel was located felt safe. The place is very well kept our room was spacious and clean. Our breakfast was great, but the customer service was so nice. We will definitely be back if we're in Salt Lake again.

We will stay again! We booked our stay with an online reservation company. Then read some reviews which were not that great. However, our experience was great! It was perfect in fact. Every staff member was friendly. The place is really clean. Dated but clean! Give them a try and then come here and drive their reviews up 😎

Was greeted with a smile upon arrival .The service at this location is amazing . Rooms was comfortable and clean the front desk attendant's was so helpful the Manger and her family was there they were all so kind and generous . I will go back. The new Manager and front desk gentleman was amazing people. Loved the family there Great place above 5 stars hands down !!

Andrew was great: polite, helpful and first class customer service. Hotel was clean... all working were polite and smiled. Place is secure. By far one of my 1st choices when traveling through this area.
