Espresso Bueno

Coffee shop I've been going to ever since I was little. While it's certainly changed with the pandemic and flooding in terms of layout, it's always a reliable source of coffee and baked goods. Personal favs on the menu include the maple latte, their hot chocolate (w whipped cream!!), and their blueberry muffins.

I grew up in NYC, and used to work at a breakfast place. This is probably the only place I’ve found in Vermont that can cook something better than I can. Their breakfast sandwich is incredible. Just be prepared to wait a bit.

I’ve been coming here since they opened. Coffee is always top notch. They know the difference between a latte and a cappuccino. The food is tasty. Service is friendly. I wish I lived closer, I’d be a regular

You know when you have a maple latte as a Vermonter and you're like where is the maple? NOT THIS TIME. A maple tree might as well be smacking me on the behind in the best way possible. 10/10

Local Coffee with fresh baked scones, pastries, muffins. They have gluten free and Vegan options which is so nice. Their Maple Latte is the perfect VT Latte :)

The people working there are incredibly friendly and seem happy to be there. The mocha is absolutely top tier, the breakfast sandwiches are high quality and are also huge for the price. And the other baked goods are great! I have not yet tried their breakfast tacos!

Ordered the BLT with turkey and avo, and Nachos. Both were great even after the 20 minute drive home. Great coffe great service!

Our whole team LOVES it here! From the girls who like it plain jane to the girls that like it spicy there is always something for everyone. We love that they have all the dairy free and gluten free options. Their food is phenomenal and the coffee is even better. Our only complaint is that the cups are never big enough and we can't have daily deliveries! Best coffee place in Central Vermont by far!

This is my go to every single morning! I actually have anxiety when I know they’re going to be closed. If you want a great espresso drink, a smoothie, scones or cookies, this is your place!

I travel a lot for work and when I visit new twins I am always trying to find the hidden gems. Expressing bueno is one of them. Lots of coffee options and flavors ☕ + breakfast sandwiches that are also pretty good 🥪

Elizabeth has been a main street Staple. Best coffee in town, She works hard to be current and ever changing. I only wish we were not such a lazy society, as yes.. you physically have to WALK IN at this location as opposed to coming to a drive-thru. She gives back, she wants feedback and she really works hard to be a great coffee shop. Thank you for all that you do! I also recommend (other than coffee) getting a morning glory muffin :)

When I travel I like to "go local" as much as I can. After I found Espresso Bueno I never went anywhere else. They know their coffee and have great pastries too.

We just moved to the area and this place quickly became my husband’s and my favorite place in town. We’re from the southwest so it’s hard finding places in the northeast that can provide good southwestern flavors, but this place satisfies that craving for us while also having really good coffee and a cool vibe. I always get the chipotle breakfast tacos. My husband always picks one of the burritos. We both love the food choices and maple lattes. We come here as often as possible. The employees provide very consistent quality and do the cute latte art which never gets old for me.

Fabulous little coffee shop. The drip coffee and maple latte was very tasty. I had a raspberry pastry (don't know name) which was the flakiest, most delicious, and fresh tasting I have had in many years. The staff was okay. No pleasantries, probably due to the busyness.

The staff at Espresso Bueno is fantastic. The coffee is always great and the speciality drinks are a hit. The iced pumpkin latte is a fantastic autumn drink. Whether it’s a cappuccino or espresso, I always get me the pick-me-up I need. Muffins, scones, and other pastries are a must try. The smoothies are also a treat! Really glad I found Espresso Bueno after I moved here! Really cool vibe inside the shop. It’s the place to go in Barre when you want a great hot/iced beverage and a tasty treat! Kudos to Elizabeth and her team!
