Plumsteadville Volunteer Fire Company

Friends of ours just got married here over the weekend. Michelle is wonderful to work with. The place was so beautifully decorated with special touches from a local wedding designer. The food was very good and the sweets bar was so yummy. Highly recommend this venue for any event.

We had our 50th anniversary celebration there in 2010 and the food was delicious. As we ran short of food, it was quickly replaced. So glad we picked this hall and caterer. We also try to always go to their dinners as it is so good and can meet neighbors we had not met before. It is a family affair. Try it , you will certainly like it!!

Short jacking isn't your friend.

Chief Karen Grabosky loves the authority. I emailed her to let her know of a controlled fire in our front yard, explained that I spoke to the township and another fire fighter the year prior and was told I was okay. Showed up 20 minutes later, sent a false report to the Marshall (saying it was unattended) then had another member of the fire department call the police and make another report saying the same. After struggling to find the Plumstead Township website, then not being able to find the correct documentation on said website, told me she was also a dispatcher and that I will no longer be receiving any emergency services to my home. I still have not received proper documentation on how what I doing was illegal, minus the false reports and “the complaint”, which was me emailing her notifying what I was doing.

The Fire Marshall and Police Corporal were both nice conversations but felt like their hands were tied because it was a stupid matter and it was easier to just say don’t do it..
