CHOP Primary Care, HighPoint

My son has been a patient of CHOP for a few years now and they've always been great. Today they went above and beyond. I had major surgery in Philadelphia, more than 3 hours from home. I needed to stop on my way home to use a restroom so I decided I would stop at a medical facility in hopes of getting a more sterile situation and a nurse standing by just in case. So I went to their primary care office. Not only were they accommodating, but they even offered to help me back out to my car. These folks were a real blessing in a tough situation and I'll remember their kindness forever. Thank you.

Lisa R is very nice, she helped me with my daughter’s medical forms. She very kindly explained all the information through contacting the insurance company for us. She was very nice and wonderful.

Could not recommend Dr. Maher enough. She’s been with both my girls since day 1. As a nervous new mom 4 years ago, I had a lot of anxieties and she always kept her calm and was so reassuring but never made me feel bad for my concerns. She is supportive, caring, empathetic and smart. My girls love her. She’s fantastic, highly recommend.

We absolutely love being patient of Dr. Julie Rogers! She has been such a blessing and has provided excellent care to our son over the past seven months since he was born. We have also had great experiences with Janine, one of the nurses at CHOP. She’s always so friendly and personable and makes us feel welcomed.

Both of my children go here. We love the doctor's at this location. We are seen pretty quickly without a long wait time. The doctor's and staff are great. So far we have had a great experience. Dr. Daniel and Dr. Maher are just wonderful! Great providers.

Love them!!! My daughters each have a different Doctor that they see and I'm very happy with both as are my girls. Great hours and I love that the urgent care is also available after hours. I've never had any difficulty making an appointment or being seen. The front desk staff and nurses are wonderful!!! Thank you CHOP (Dr.Santos and Keisha Williams)!!!

my both kids are Dr. Stephanie Daniels pts we love being her patient, and Elise was one the best nurse we had so far. it was our shot day and she gave a shot to my daughter like peace a cake. Thank you to everyone.

Glad that CHOP has these regional care centers around the Philadelphia area. It's been most convenient taking my son here over the years, since all the CHOPs are linked together. Thanks CHOP for all your help!

We've appreciated Dr. Maher and Dr. Rodgers. Both are professional and have excellent rapport with children. The new facility is state of the art. The front desk can seem overworked at times but I think they do the best that they can and I've appreciated their efforts to go above and beyond on more than one occasion.

From the reception staff, to the nurses and doctors you are made to feel welcome and cared for. We are new here and saw Dr. Julie Maher today with my 7-year-old son. She spent almost an hour with us going over history and discussing options. What a wonderful experience. Thank you Dr. Maher!

We have been going here for years. I have a daughter with special needs and a typical son with some asthma and allergy issues. We get in when we need to and can always make a sick appt if need be. I love that they are connected to CHOP so all the info is in the computer. We see Dr McDonald and love her..we have seen all the drs and have no bad experiences.

I have been visiting this practice for thirteen years and I can say they are kind and the medical staff very organized and knowledgeable, I recognize they are busy but at the same time they do their best to accommodate to your child's needs i.e. urgent appointments; moreover what I want to point out is the attention at the front desk, this is one of best practices that I have received great human service, for me the most difficult part when I go to a doctor's appointment is the front desk staff, this one has treated me in a way that you always leave happy, satisfied. Shout out to Glenna, what a great example of what is being an outstanding front desk person, a total patient advocate, again after thirteen years and she is always in a positive attitude, willing to help no matter if it is a good or bad day, the way we as patients always want our doctor's visit the best experience ever, thank you for your dedication Glenna and best wishes in your future endeavors !

Went in for our first appointment for our newborn son today. Front desk was very nice, nurse and dr we’re all great and very reassuring. No complaints whatsoever

Been going here for a year. So far it's been good. The doctors and staffs are friendly. My daughter have been sick several times and they see us right away.

We've used this practice for nearly 11 years and love it. Wait times are short and we've always been able to get same day sick appointments.

Grateful to know that we are always receiving great care, even if we have a little wait, though that hasn’t been an issue!
