I have been on a quest for the best corned beef hash eggs benedict in New England, and so far, Toast and Eggs is winning. A homemade english muffin (!), deeply flavorful homemade hash, steaming eggs, and a light and tasty hollandaise. No notes

Order at the counter and then you grab your food or they brought it to us bexause we were a bigger group. Delicious blueberry jam and a breakfast reuben that was life-changing. SO GOOD. The meat was incredibly tender.

Stopped at Toast and Eggs so we ordered their namesake. The omelette was fantastic and made with Cabot cheddar. Toast was homemade and quite delicious. If you're hungry for breakfast, look no further.

We were visiting the area for a long weekend getaway and fell in love with Toast and Eggs when we stopped in for breakfast on our second morning here. Service & food are exceptional!

We wound up going back the next morning before hitting the road for the drive back home. Over our two visits we had the omelette (spinach, bacon, cheddar), blueberry pancakes, biscuits with jam and tried the nitro cold brew coffee and iced coffee. Not to mention Sip of Sunshine on tap for breakfast.

This will definitely be our go to spot in the future.

I wish I lived in VT so I could visit more often for breakfast. Delicious options and fresh too. (Try the donuts!) We were staying locally on the returning portion of a long vacation and after finding this place for breakfast the next day, we had to go again the next morning before our next stop. The food was so fresh and prepared with care. We sat inside and when it gets busy, it can be a bit warm. There was ample seating inside and out. The service was easy and convenient. You order and pay at the counter, take a number, and await your food at a table. They have a very creative artist designing beautiful illustrations on their chalkboard. I'm sad I missed the finished illustration of a rooster eating pancakes. Don't miss out on this place, it's a hidden gem in the valley.

I’m ashamed to say that this weekend was the first time I’ve eaten at Toast and Eggs. What a loss on my part because it was absolutely fabulous! I had the Irish eggs Benedict with also a side of biscuits and jam. All homemade and all OUTSTANDING! It was the best breakfast I have had out in years. The biscuits were giant and buttery and perfect, the jam was sweet and flavorful and the corned beef hash was definitely homemade and super deliciously. The poached eggs were cooked perfectly and sat on top of homemade biscuits and dressed in creamy hollandaise. Yum! I will be thinking of this breakfast till the next time. Also I love that they have mostly outdoor seating. The pricing I think was on par for the valley. Irish Benedict was a little pricy at $17 but everything was homemade which I think makes the price more worth it. I spent $48 but I bought the Benedict, the two biscuits and jam, coffee and a mimosa. I think it was fair.

We were staying at Sugar Bush resorts and this was the only closest brunch place close to us. Their patio seating has an amazing view!! Dogs are allowed in the patio area and there were 4 other dogs when went there for breakfast, my puppy had fun there.
Well food wise, the quantity was just perfect and all the items we ordered were delicious!!
You’d have to order inside the restaurant, pay and head outside for the patio seating.

Although the wait for the food was a bit long since the restaurant was a bit understaffed the day I stopped by, the food was well worth it! It was delicious, seems like they make their own bread there which was really yummy! And the French toast was unique and scrumptious! Would definitely recommend a stop here!

The food was made well and the portions were generous. Prices were a bit more than I was expecting, but overall a good atmosphere. They have a lot of outdoor seating that allows people to spread out and eat. They have a large tent so that people can outside even if it is raining. Their service was good, although they did not have much indoor seating.

A delightful place to be for breakfast and lunch. Food is well made and hearty — fantastic toasts. I came for breakfast, and return a few hours later for a second breakfast/lunch.

Came to Nellys at Night for dinner after our B&B hosts recommended it and wow were we blown away! The food was incredibly tasty and the staff so very friendly! We had the arugula salad, house slider, chicken sliders & homemade Alfredo pasta along with the selection of local craft beers. Highly recommend !

Delicious hole in the wall! So thankful to have come across this quaint restaurant during our travels. My husband and I had the eggs Benedict, blueberry pancakes, and the country man breakfast sandwich. They were AMAZING!

Super cute place with a great patio and grassy picnic area. We had dinner, which they have only been serving for a few weeks. We started by sharing the “English muffin” which was basically a huge fluffy dinner roll, freshly baked. Next, we tried the quesadilla, which was excellent. I don’t know if they used a flavored butter or oil to cook the tortilla, but it was fantastic. After that, we got the risotto cakes in marinara sauce and mushrooms (fantastic), followed by the sliders (my husband is still talking about how good these were) and finished off with the grilled cheese (perfect). Everything was flavorful and delicious. We were stuffed when we left.
I saved this on my map so we will be sure to come back the next time we are up this way. It’s a must try!

I ate here yesterday. This place was the bomb. I loved my eggs benedict. It was gas, fire, electric or whatever you want to call it. It was thee STUFF. I thought about ordering a second round of eggs benedict, however I went with the, chocolate chip pancakes. They made my whole life better. They were amazing. I love this place.

Genuinely the best breakfast I have experienced anywhere. The hungry carpenter is to die for and the selections of indoor and outdoor seating was beautiful and comfortable. The service fee made me feel happy that servers were getting a stable wage and made me happy to tip a little extra. Will be thinking about this place for years after I leave Vermont.
