Firstrust Bank

It’s impossible to believe that the personnel in a bank could come to mean so much to you. I’ve banked in multiple banks in my career and in general, never have I had the sincere respect and confidence for a group of individuals. This bank, in particular Susan Chiriaeva go ABOVE and beyond for their clients. The care and consideration I receive it unheard of! Susan is meticulously careful and fantastically well versed in her craft. She makes certain to go above and beyond for the client and puts me at ease. I’ve called at random times with wild questions and concerns, she’s had an answer and a solution immediately. I’ve never had a bank assist me with contacting third parties but Susan made it happen! I can go on and on! This bank, Susan, her entire team deserve a standing ovation for their amazing work and service! Honored to know you!

This is the most poorly managed bank on the entire East Coast. I have never had anything but an awful experience. Long lines, inexperienced tellers, and the inability of the manager to roll up her sleeves and help when there is a situation. Snobby and selfish would be the two words I would use to describe them.
Walked out twice. Unlike other Firstrust branches (which I have had great experiences)
