Hands down the best bagels and best coffee.
My nova lox bagle was delicious and made right.
Staff is friendly, especially the owner who is a complete gentleman.
We will definitely return for more good food.

Cute place, outdoor seating as well but most importantly- Delicious! I will be back. I got a bacon egg and cheese and it was perfect. I have to try their bagels plain because it was so good.

Great Bagels!Fast service! This time I made sure that I called ahead to reserve my bagels. Don’t always have the chance to drive up this way. When I do, I order lots of bagels! Just slice in half and freeze the extras so I’ll always have some on hand. Thanks for the tip Patrick M!!

Great local spot to get breakfast. Bagels are made each morning and you can taste the freshness. One of the best bacon eggs and cheeses around. Staff is very friendly and the owner is always there working. Talk about a guy who just gets how to run a business and treat a customer. A must stop for breakfast.

Nice place with comfortable and shaded outdoor seating on a gorgeous street in downtown Doylestown. I had a egg, cheese and pork roll on a Kaiser roll. It was very good. The staff was polite and nice.

Having lived in Manhattan for years, I am a bagel snob. I don't consider the large, doughy, round pieces of bread sold in most Bucks County shops "bagels." So, I was thrilled to learn about Bagel Barrel on FB. Manhattan 🥯s right on State Street in Doylestown! They are boiled before baking, as real bagels should be. And they are delicious 😋.

Small place but loaded with breakfast fares. Portions are generous..prices are really nice even though its in the center of Doylestown..small place..which has tables. We went on a Sunday morning which was crowded. But still I highly recommend it! People are nice and service is very good..you might have to wait a bit but its all fresh and hearty when brought to you! I highly recommend!

Best bagels in all of bucks county! Really good bagels + spreads. Not a fan of the breakfast sandwich because of the eggs, would be so much better if they were not microwaved. Also no iced coffee and the hot coffee is lacking. Can't go wrong with any bagel and cream cheese!

Everyone's got a fun Bagel Barrel story! Our son has a tree nut allergy and we are so happy we found these bagels. One time, after our son's allergy blood work appointment, we took him for bagels afterwards to cheer him up. When the owner asked him how his day was going, he told him.... all of it! The owner then threw a t-shirt at him and told him he won it for having the best story of the day... & MADE HIS DAY! When he wears it, he tells everyone this story. Love having this spot in town. This was a nice bagel place with a friendly atmosphere and lots of good meal choices. I got the nova lox which was really mounded up with delicious cream cheese and plenty of salmon. I also think the bagel was really good as well. They have several beverage choices as well. Good morning breakfast specials.

This was the first time I went here. I was in love as soon as the door opened. The smell of the baking bagels was incredible. Ordered the nova lox on an everything bagel. So good! I can't wait until I go again.

Great little shop…everyone posts on here that their eggs are microwaved and yes they are, buuuuut…they taste like regular scrambled eggs! Give them a try!

You can't come to Doylestown and not get some, seriously they are really good. NE people are spoiled for choice for bagels, but speaking as someone who grew up and moved to an area without good bagels this place makes an extremely above average bagel, very much recommended. No wrong choice.

Today I was off for election day and decided to stop by on a ride through Doylestown. What a treat. Their service is prompt and they have ample indoor and outdoor seating. Love the freshly made bagels and the store has a positive vibe. I will certainly be back... with cycling friends.

The best bagel I’ve ever had. Toasted poppy seed with cream cheese! All the staff and other customers are so nice! I stopped by today, the first time i have stopped by since I moved away! Almost 8 years ago. They staff all remembered my name me so nice! Thank you!! Was great seeing you all!
