New Britain Veterinary Clinic

I bring one of my cats here and it’s always the best of a bad, or mildly concerning situation. Doctor and staff are all very nice people and really want the best for your pets which is all you can ask for from a veterinary practice. I moved almost 40 minutes away and still bring my cat here because I know he will be tended to appropriately.

I love this clinic it’s such a friendly environment. Feels like at home. Always quick and easy you come and go I never had to wait. The doctors are awesome I love it here

I absolutely love the practive, Dr. Bandekar and staff. We have been taking our dogs here since 2017 when we moved to Chalfont and have had nothing but great experiences. We have always been given prompt, courteous service and very reasonable prices as compared to other vets we have visited. I would refer anyone here in a heartbeat.

Everyone who works here is absolutely wonderful. I got an appointment right away. Everyone was so helpful and knowledgeable. My poor little Fiona was so sick and they took such good care of her.

It was very easy to schedule for sick visit for my baby. Dr and staffs were friendly and professional. With caring exams with quick test result gave me assurance of my baby's health. Acceptance of a pet saving plan gave me an extra reasonable Dr's fee.

Several years ago my dog suddenly past away. I remembered how everyone at New Britain Vet was so caring, kind and compassionate. When I recently got my rescue dog I could not think of a better place to bring her.

Very well run. Clean. Does not smell like cats or dogs. Staff is extremely helpful

I drove over 1/2 hr to this vet because I was fostering for a rescue that uses them. I was very impressed with their friendliness and professionalism. It's highly likely that when I'm ready to adopt again, I will choose them for my fur babies care... even with the long drive.

We have been going to this Veterinary Clinic for many years. The staff and Veterinary Doctor are extremely competent and caring.

I am so happy with this veterinarian office. Every service I’ve ever needed was taken care of with such professionalism!! I wanted to mention that we just got our dog groomed yesterday. Our dog is a Mini Austrian Shepherd and is very hyper. The groomer Jessica did such a outstanding job I just can’t get over! He looks wonderful! So if you need your dog groomed or any other service make sure to come to this office!!

They provide care for the rescue from which I adopted my dog, so after adoption we kept coming here. There are usually appointments available within a day or two. Doctors and techs are wonderful. I think prices are fair.

So very grateful to nbvc for neutering the stray we took in and for accepting the spay & save coupon to do it!!! His recovery has gone very well and they answered all of our follow-up questions quickly. And they were so nice to him when he was there that he wasn't even fearful of going back.

We love this vet!!! It stand out over all the rest! The place is extremely clean, smells good, and you never have to wait! This place is night and day from all the other vets! Dr. Bandekar takes her time, is compassionate, listens, and is very kind. We drove over 45 minutes just to see her when we lived in the area. When we move back in state, we will definitely return!

We’ve been taking our dogs here for a while and I’ve always been very happy. Most recently, while having my dog groomed, they discovered a tumor on him. Sadly, the tumor was malignant; luckily they caught it in time and it’s just stage 1. The surgical removal went seamlessly. I am always grateful everyone there is always on top of my pet’s health. Highly recommend!

When I had to have our beloved cat euthanized they were extremely kind and sensitive with the process, which meant so much to me. I have been going here for years, and every one of my family members bring their pets now as well. You can tell how much the doctor cares about the pets and people. I drive an hour to get here because they are truly the best. I'll never go anywhere else!

I've been taking my cat here since I adopted him in 2012. Dr. B and her staff have always been incredibly compassionate and friendly. They always recognize Frank by name when I call to make an appointment and when he walks in the door. I've found Dr. B to be patient and thorough when explaining what's going on and how to properly treat any issues. I initially chose this location because it was close to where I lived. I moved about 20 miles away, but still bring Frank back here because I trust them.

Follow up visit today 11/24 and as usual brilliant courteous knowledgeable
clean and efficient DR. B is the best and as i say below forget the rest NBVC is the best Nbvc is the best around I've been to a few vet clinics ad this vet clinics excels at everything , customer service, diagnosis, examination, even my dog went woof woof woof translation best vet clinic around Steve bell dr.B Jenny Penny and the rest sorry can't remember all their names are very professional if I could give them 100bstars u would

Dr. Bandekar and staff are very caring and professional. She gives great advice. Never pushy and seems to want to do what’s best for the animals....not for her pocket. She understood our philosophy for our pets, and created a treatment plan that we were comfortable with. Two other concerns we have are appointment times and cost. Her appointments are more than convenient and her costs are not crazy. I would recommend her clinic to anyone who’s looking.

I was here for the first time last night with 2 foster pups and I loved it! Everyone was so friendly, staff and other customers, and was very welcoming. The doctor spent alot of time with me to explain each pet's situations and needs. She's very knowledge! Great facility!
