Paganini Ristorante

I have been coming here since they opened (30 plus years). I have never had a bad experience here. Quite the opposite! I understand that the reviews reflect poor service, however, they tell you that the pasta dishes are made to order ! This is what makes the food so special. We eat out often and I still have not found better Italian food anywhere. Everything is fresh and amazing! If you are not willing to wait for an outstanding meal whilst enjoying the ambiance and a nice bottle of wine, then go to an Italian chain

We eat out often in town and Paganini's is on our rotation. I especially like eating here in the warmer weather when you can sit outside and people watch. They have daily pasta specials which I typically get, it is so fresh and good! I've had most of the items on their menu and have yet to have a bad meal. The price for the food is commensurate with the quality. The one negative I would say and this is more of personal preference, is the pace of service. For me it's just a touch slower than I would prefer but this is a me thing, other people may prefer a slower pace. The staff are friendly, the interior is cool, good place to eat a quality meal.

Great food, cozy atmosphere, and they unexpectedly fit us in on what seemed to be a very busy night. The service was excellent. Very knowledgeable, kind and attentive waitstaff (even when handling some difficult customers at the table behind us). We’ll be back, especially for the homemade pasta!

The food and service is amazing!! The Gorgonzola pasta is my favorite!! The waitstaff is so nice! My go-to restaurant in Doylestown! Love going for special occasions and casual dining out! Outside and inside are gorgeous!

I really like Paganini's. It's one of few places that makes fresh pasta in the area. My mom asked if she could substitute her pasta noodle and the owner explained they didn't have the desired noodle because it's made fresh daily. Everyone in my family likes this restaurant, and they're real foodies with all the great restaurants in their NYC neighborhood. My dad knows and cooks Italian food, and regularly visits restaurants in NYC. One of my family's favorite places is Arthur Ave in the Bronx for the Italian culture/food. So when my dad says he likes this place that's a big deal. I saw some comments on the Bolognese sauce - my mom had that with her lasagna. Yes, it does look like a soup but my mom is a picky eater yet she had no complaints. I remember having similar sauces when we visited Sicily one year. Bolognese is one of those dishes that has so many different takes it's all dependent on preference. Additionally, there IS a wood fire pizza oven, I distinctly remember sitting at the table right next to it. I will say, I wish the main dining area on the lower level was more cleaned up. The lights on the walls are horribly dusty it makes me a little uneasy. There's also a lot going on with the structure of this old building, a lot of stone work. So having the random paintings on the wall looks too busy. If they would clean up this area that would be splendid.

First time coming after wanting to for years. Excellent service on a Saturday in the summer! Had like 5 people checking on us, including the boss babe, and they were very informative about the menu.

Outside on the patio is a wonderful atmosphere.

The Burrata appetizer and Spaghetti alla carbonara were amazingly good. We will be eating here again.

My husband and I enjoyed a relaxing, delicious meal at Paganini's last evening. The weather was perfect for sitting outside which is like sitting in a garden. All the staff were pleasant and efficient. We never felt rushed, which I appreciate. The pasta dishes we ordered were made with homemade pasta and sauces that were delicious. I'm also a big fan of their arugula salad. Great place to eat.

The food and ambiance are excellent. We particularly enjoy sitting in the outside garden area under the trellis. The homemade pasta is delicious as is the thin crust pizza. The service can be inattentive sometimes depending on who you get and that is the only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars.

Update June 2023. On our last visit to Paganini’s we had wonderful service and the food was excellent as always. I’m changing this review to 5 stars.

We enjoyed the lasagna bolognese and tagliatelle, Agliolio- nice red wine and the tiramisu! My wife & I loved the atmosphere and I ate everything!! Fantastic food!

What a pleasant surprise. The other highly rated Italian restaurant a few doors down messed up our reservation. We came here and was greeted very nicely by the owner.

Very nice differentiated seating areas with a fantastic menu, smaller but just right. Knowledgeable and good wait staff. We were never rushed and had a delicious meal. Some of which is just about the best fresh homemade pasta I've ever had. Meatballs are juicy and not salty rubber balls. Antipasto is just right and fresh.

Don't pass this one by. I'll be back for sure.

Homemade Italian at its best. Not a quick meal as everything is made to order, so be prepared for the experience. Fresh bread, pasta, sauces, everything. In the heart of Doylestown with all the charming historic details you'd expect of the area and building.

Met family friends here, who suggested Paganinis. We arrived early (for a change), greeted and seated promptly, and I looked at Google reviews while waiting. Hum...

Reviews seemed all over the map, but Doylestown also has peak crowds during holidays, tourist and wedding seasons, which - being retired in catering/ hospitality - I can understand, but good food and service on a consistent basis is a MUST in this industry.

Our Waiter was quiet but attentive, our guests arrived, and owner reviewed menu and specials with us. Spaghetti Bolognese with Meatballs, Lasagna Vegetarian, and a special Sacchettoni stuffed with Ricotta and Pear were ordered, along with either Arugula Salad or Crustini Salad. Other previous posters stated their portions were small; must have been "off" nights as ALL of our portions were large and filling, and some took the uneaten portions home.

ALL the food was well cooked, properly seasoned, and delicious. For dessert, we had the Tiramisu, and Torta di Cioccolato (flourless Belgian chocolate mousse cake); all excellent.

Food and service was great (there were other diners present), and owner greeted us again on departure, thanking us for coming in. This was indeed a great evening.

This is our favorite date place! It is intimate and romantic and the food is always excellent. They have special pastas for each day of the week and have a handful they offer every day. Their menu is very unique and traditional at the same time!

Ate here after my graduation and had a fabulous time. Food was phenomenal! I’ve been to Italy and the food here was spot on authentic. The service was great, very friendly, and accommodating. Lastly, the atmosphere was relaxing and homey, with a beautiful array of florals and lights. Highly recommend :)

Whenever I go to Paganini’s I always get an excellent meal. I have my usual favorites but love trying dishes they make with in season ingredients. Their homemade pasta and wood-oven pizzas are delicious!

This afternoon my wife and I had a exceptional meal at Paganini's . Home made pasta pear encased with a creamy gorgonzola cream sauce . Over the top delicious . Just 1 of their Specials. But Every Day they have some kind of Homemade Pasta .

Had dinner here on May 23rd. We ate out in the garden which was beautiful, relaxing and romantic. Our server, Honna (Hanna? I'm so sorry, I'm probably spelling this wrong) was great! Very likeable, sweet, and genuine... not to mention down right adorable. Made sure to give us the run down of the specials and always checked back in a timely fashion. Both of our dishes were soooo good. I opted for just regular spaghetti with meat sauce but definitely the best I've had. There were also two others, a young man and young woman, who checked in on us to make sure we weren't in need of anything in-between visits from our server. The hostess was also pleasant and made sure we were seated somewhere nice. Another review says the food is bussin', which it is, but I have to disagree about the bad service part - service was some of the best I've had! Looking forward to stopping in again in the future

First time dining here. This place is amazing: homemade pasta (best pasta I've ever had!), delicious fresh baked bread, nice wine selection, attentive accommodating wait staff---everything you hope for at an Italian restaurant. We'll definitely come back 😎👍
