Brought my car in because my battery light was on even tho I just replaced it, they fixed it and I could pick my car up same day!! They also were so knowledgeable on cars and were happy to explain it all to me. Planning on using them for future car needs :)

I had the fluid film treatment done on my truck and it turned out great. Very happy with the results. Would certainly recommend.

Rissi automotive is a great service location. I take our cars there for their annual inspections and oil changes. The team is always fair and honest about what needs to be fixed. I’ve been very pleased with the service for the past 2 years.

We all know how hard it is to find a reasonable, honest, and knowledgeable mechanic you can trust. The same goes for electricians , plumbers, general contractors, hair dressers, etc. I moved to the area almost 5yrs ago and went to the dealership due to a discount card I received for new homeowners. The bells and whistles of rentals etc initially impressed me; however, I ended up having to go back 5 more x's to diagnose and fix my issue in the same month! Luckily I read some reviews and tried Rissi's. 5 yrs later, I have ZERO regrets. I feel they have been very fair and honest with the work I've had done to my 2006 4 Runner that I expect to keep to 300k miles and have helped my family members with their cars as well. Dealing with my "I heard a noise here or there" from myself and my mother, they have looked over everything and provided us answers often with no crazy charges. Thank you Sam, Mike, Sean and the entire Rissi's crew.. I am grateful to have found you guys! I highly recommend them!

These guys are fantastic been going to them for years and never had an issue. Mike behind the desk is awesome he always walks me through why things need to be done. Their service is always super fast and the repairs are reliable. Only way I am changing garages is if I move out of the area.

Wow! And thought the days of an honest local garage were gone. Took my Pilot in there yesterday for inspection knowing there were issues with it and expecting to get the usual garage-speak run around and "more found issues". These guys were AWESOME! Up front with everything and actually listened to my concerns and made honest diagnosis based on what I saw going on with my car. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and am passing their info to neighbors who I know are looking for new options AND closer to home.

Nice shop that's right down the road from me. The people there are friendly and honest. Repairs are reliable and done in a timely fashion. Prices have been around what I'd expect for services rendered. I will continue to be a repeat customer.

As a college students that is about 150 miles from home, it's scary when you have car problems (especially tire problems) and your family/local mechanic isn't nearby. Rissi's has solved that problem. From plugging a hole in my tire to resealing a leaking rim, Rissi's has been able to help at a moment's notice and has always priced fairly. 10/10 experience.

GREAT experience with these guys! They did my 40,000m/service. Then I recently went back as my car is now out of warranty. I've been dealing with oil consumption issues for a year, which Volvo continued to tell me there was no issue. Then had a low coolant indicator, so hoped Rissi's could figure it all out. They did a quick online search, and discovered there is a known issue with my vehicle, and class action lawsuit against Volvo for it. Rissi's told me to go to Volvo and try to get them to do it under warranty since I had a paper trail of the issue. They could have just done the repair and made $4k off me, but instead wanted to educate me and do the RIGHT thing!! And Volvo FINALLY fixed my car! But I'll go back to Rissi's now for anything non-warranty related! Thanks for being good peeps!!!!

I've been using Rissi's for 15+ years and my experience has been the same every time I use them, EXCELLENT. They run a no nonsense shop. They are honest and do great work. Wouldn't go any place else.

Rissi’s has done an excellent job maintaining & repairing all of our vehicles. We have been using them for the last couple of years and they have always been professional and attentive. I wish we found them sooner.

My tire finally decided to give out and Rissi's was the closest shop to where I was.

The service writers were incredibly nice and helpful. They informed me of all different options of tires and timeframe it will be done.

I was actually on my way to work, so they actually lended me a vehicle to drive to work and back!

Professional high quality work at reasonable prices. Honest and dependable. We’ve been going to Rissis for at least 20 years. Our 2007 Toyota FJ Cruiser has 273,000 miles on it and is still going strong. Thank you to everyone at Rissis.
