Amazing staff! Right away, we were greeted by Sheila. Such a doll!! Made some suggestions even though we were just browsing. Had a great sale for buy 3 bath products, get 3 free as well as other great deals. Store is huge and has a great selection, even for Men which my son appreciated. I had issue with my card checking out (my fault) but they were nice enough to suspend my order til I sorted it out with my bank. Amber was super nice at checkout. She was nice enough to take the time to set up rewards for me so I get credit for my order today. On the way out, we spoke to another super nice worker, Jennifer, and found out she was a manager (she was kind enough to hand me a basket earlier when I struggled to hold all the things I picked up, lol). Very impressed with the staff and store in Oxford Valley Mall. I always loved Bath and Body Works and I will definitely be back more thanks to amazing products and staff! Ty!!

Many choices , fragrances, colors and sizes for bath's and body. Helpful staff, extremely clean, bright, cheerful, well organized and products are displayed with care. A bit pricey but quality products, worth the visit to shop there.

The store was clean and organized, as it always has been. There was a great candle sale running the weekend that I went. Their team greeted you at the door and checked in to see if you needed help. I left with everything I went in for and then some. Can't beat the sales!

Sent my son to the Langhorne store at Oxford Valley Mall with a list. Karen asked it he needed assistance and with our hesitation she filled my list. My son was so happy when he came home. He insisted I write a review for her. Thank you Karen.

We tried the new foaming hand sanitizers, I do not suggest them over the regular squirt bottles.

This is the one place I love to go and somebody helps you every time. I have never went in there and somebody just point to where something is that I'm looking for. A big plus they don't walk away as soon as they show you where it is. They will ask can they help you with something else. Their prices are very affordable and always have good deals. They also suggest other things that are good deals and smell really good.

Great! I always find what I want. But, I know this sounds weird, but they need less assistants. There were just too many constantly stocking what was already in abundance and it was hard to get around as the store was too crowded as well. But I'll always go back as I love what they have.

The place is so clean and bright and the items I was buying was happily on sale. Win win.

I've become a big fan of bath and body. I love their candles and hand soaps. (I wish they'd bring Kaleidoscope back). They run pretty great sales and coupons too.

I love products from BB&W. But most of all I love the sales. Gives me the opportunity to stock up and give more in the line of gifts. The hand soap sale was incredible. Thank you for being there....

I had a return today of some fragrance I didn't care for. It was so nice to deal with a company that is so congenial with you while dealing with your return. This was the store in Oxford Valley Mall, in Langhorne, and I will always be a grateful customer for the very nice associates who work there.

Shopped in the store on December 19th. The particular store location is always very clean and every employee always goes above and beyond to help you out. I love that they make sure that if they see you with specific products that you may or may not know are on sale that you take full advantage of the sale basically getting more for less or free. For example I did not know that if I brought 3 products I would get 3 free ect, I only had 2 in my bag. The store is very organized and they have bags for you and hand sanitizer at the front. I think their limit is 45 to 50pp in store at 1 time. I like that I can use all coupons I have in addition to any sales they have.

Always sales going on and the place is clean and smells heavenly! Staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. I will be back! Totally deserves more than 5 stars

It's in the Oxford Valley mall. All of the employees are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about their products. If you need any kind of gift for someone last minute, in most cases you'll find a pretty decent deal on pretty decent bath and body stuff.

Great service. They have a men's section there with body washes, sprays, lotions, etc with great scents.... and there's ALWAYS BOGO sales...

Great lotions shower gels foaming hand soaps and mini hand sanitizers great for your pocketbook. The body sprays are great to have also. Best of all is the fact that you can get all of this In one scent and great for gifts

I asked one of the sales girls if they had anything apple and she kind of just brushed me off and said no. Then I asked another sales girl, Sarah, who went out of her way and went in the back and got me an Apples & Champagne body spray that I ended up getting and absolutely love. Good job, Sarah!

Friendly knowledgeable staff and always have great promotions. They change out the scents for each season!!! The store is always so busy
