I love this store…..maybe a little too much haha I visit at least twice a month (if not twice a week). They have an excellent mark-down system to keep old merch moving and new merch in. They hold a lot of sales and have a really fun assortment. I love the staff as well! So friendly and helpful

I don’t like anime, because I’m not a nerd, however this place has a ton of vinyls so it’s cool to look at.

Normal FYE stuff to buy. I feel like the only thing that varies is the layout of the store and this one is nicer than some others (vs Neshaminy Mall which is too narrow and Concord Mall which is huge and empty). Staff are nice from my experience today.

Nice variety and awesome sales

I am changing my rating to 5 stars as I was helped by a really nice guy today who's name slips my mind. It was a small thing but he was very nice and attentive. I could tell the Cashier was new but she was friendly and smiling too. The staff between 7 and 8pm was very good. Great job.

The business in a whole was a good experience,because of their inventory and the help was nice as well.
There is or did have a young lady that would go the extra mile and if the computer says ," not in stock" well she would go to the area it was in and double check,now if it was not there,she would then say "let me see if I can get it for you"

Now that's a person that's by her self and being the lady she was ,in the USA ARMY/RANGERS we call her service a= Self Motivated individual.
I do like that,and into to days time the kids are handed on a silver platter everything and anything.

The people that own these stores are trying to pick a good individual with a good attitude. Oh and one more thing= they give military discount,which being retired army,it's a welcome pleasure that as a ARMY RANGER coming back from Vietnam we were hated and spit on and really not welcomed to our home land,I know because I spent 3 straight tours 69,70 and 71.

Greeted when we came in and left alone to browse. Got to the register and the cashier was very knowledgeable about different promotions and ended up saving us a good amount. Very happy and will definitely return!

I visit FYE everytime I go to the mall. I love seeing the new things they have and buying at least one thing from the store.

The workers there are very and will help you find what you. My daughter bought a CD of guns and roses for 1 penny !! Yes you read that correctly.. one cent

I love this place so much more than when it was mostly just a CD/DVD place. Lots of cool pop culture items from Japan and South Korea.

Cool store has variety of odd and interesting products. If you want to make your kid happy take them here!

A lot of strange things like a dragon ball beverage variety of candy and more stuff recommended

A nice, organized store with a variety of movies, music, collectibles, etc. You can always find low prices on used movies.
