We went back for the second time today because one of the sauces was amazing we bought more. This time we were greeted by Luis and he greeted us with a positive, outgoing attitude. He had more knowledge when we asked, and for that, we bought more sauces after he recommended we try them. Coming back to get more stock once we run out. Thanks, Luis!

Best local BBQ Sauce out there. Ask for Louie, Nicest Guy Ever. Very helpful will talk to you about sauces very knowledgeable, Kind person. Ask for special sneak peak sauce “SCREWY LOUIE” 10/10 I’ll eat it again.

This place was fantastic! I absolutely love that you can sample just about everything so you know you are taking home a product you will like. Prices and deals were perfect. We took advantage of the buy 6 get 2 free deal. And the employees are amazing. The customer service experience exceeded my expectations by miles! I highly recommend this store and definitely will be back!

I love Pepper Palace. If you love hot sauces, this is the place for you. The selection is incredible and I really appreciate that you can sample before you buy. Not all hot sauces are created equal! Try the Diablesse is UNBELIEVABLEY good. Also, Manny at the Oxford Valley Mall location is awesome; very friendly and knows his stuff!

Love this store first timer. Manager manny is a outstanding energetic guy. He was excited to share his favorites. Definitely coming back again. He really know his stuff.

Awesome experience! The place has a lot of variety and the manager Manny was very helpful and honest about what tasted good and worked with different foods, meals, etc. Very laid back and friendly atmosphere, definitely recommend.
