This is my first time writing a review, but I just had to say how great my experience was at this store today. I went there and got exactly what I wanted; all thanks to a really nice girl named Catherine!!

Went into this JOURNEYS location today and I was immediately attended by CHRIS !! He is great at his job, very easy to talk to... very personable... I purchased some HEY DUDES and some no show socks... Will definitely visit this location again... ⭐

Not enough sizes in stock. Wanted black uggs, only size 11! Had to settle for grey as it was the only 8 in stock. I would shop around.

"I brought these because I like these shoes for women more since they are more feminine than those (the shoes I had picked)" A staff member brought me shoes I did not ask for and his justification made me uncomfortable. I am not quick to label anything sexist, especially in this day and age, but the fact that this staff member brought me shoes (that were in my opinion ugly) that I did not ask for and assumed I would want something more feminine, as if I were incapable of making the right decision choosing my own shoes, made me feel pretty insulted. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time I've had a bad experience with the staff there. I cannot speak about most of the employees since today there were probably 4 there, but the one I talked to today and one a few months ago really ruined the store for me.There are a bunch of cool shoes there though, so if you've got tough skin, I'd definitely recommend stopping by.

Horrible customer service for no reason. Made me feel so uncomfortable especially that women that works there she talks about you to other customers. Very unprofessional went shopping else where.

Very poor customer service. The staff doesn’t care about customers at all. My worst experience in Journeys.

The boss was very rude.
