Outstanding customer service! Every time we called we were treated as a priority. We just had our 8th child and ordered the wrong size postpartum recovery support garment. I called and explained the situation and without hesitation, we were sent a new one right away. They were very knowledgeable on everything TriCare would need so that we could get our breast pump and support garments as quickly as possible. As an active duty military family, we have worked with many companies that work with Tri-Care, but this company, by far, exceeds them all. They are professional, knowledgeable, and we highly recommend this company.

I highly recommend getting your breast pump or any supplies you need through this company. My son was born 10 weeks early but I had already ordered my pump. I originally went with the Elvie stride for convenience but after a consultation with the lactation specialist she recommended I go with the Spectra since I needed to establish a milk supply. I called Milk N mama's baby and explained my situation and asked if I could change my order to get the spectra instead of the Elvie. No problem they sent my pump right away. After opening the box it was shipped in I noticed they had sent the Elvie stride so I called and spoke to the owner ( I forget her name 😬) but she was so kind apologized and and said I could keep the Elvie pump but that she was also sending me the Spectra pump! Not many companies would do something so kind this day and age. If I ever have to get another pump or parts I will be ordering for Milk N mama's.

Spoke with Krisi LaMont who was wonderful and very helpful! She got my pump ordered quickly and helped me to feel reassured that the pump I chose was a good choice as well as advised me on how to make sure I have the proper fit. As a first time mom she was so reassuring and helpful.

Their out of pocket cost was a lot lower than competitors and their customer service, speed, and attention to details were all top notch! I ran into a few problems with my doctors office not sending over my script and this company did such an amazing job keeping on top of them. When the doctors office finally sent the script, they mailed my pump almost immediately and it was in my hands maybe two days later. Highly recommend :)

I was searching the internet to find out how to order a breast pump through my insurance. I was within 4 weeks of my due date and unsure if it would work through the website or how long it would take. I don't know how they do it, but my breast pump arrived within two days of completing the order form! I was beyond impressed and am so glad to have found their site! It was so simple!

I had the best experience! I used a Tricare prescription. All I had to do was scan the breast pump prescription and upload it to my request form. I did this on a Sunday afternoon. By Monday morning I had received a response with a request to sign paperwork. And I got my breast pump in the mail yesterday (Wednesday). So impressed!

I completed a request online for a breast pump very easily using their electronic form to upload my prescription and my insurance information. I picked out a pump (the Elvie) that I thought was fully covered. A rep called me immediately the next day to discuss other pump options that may be more of what I was looking for, and a little more affordable. I ended up going with the Baby Buddha. It was a painless process and they were great! I will absolutely use this supplier in the future and recommend it to other mamas!

I can’t thank Milk N Mamas Baby enough! They have been so kind and helpful during the pump through insurance ordering process. They answered all questions immediately through email. I started the process online around 11am on a Friday and the pump was at my door by noon that Saturday!

2022- I’m having another baby in September and chose to use Milk N Mamas Baby for my breast pump again. I knew I needed a script from my OBGYN and requested it before I submitted the form to avoid any delays. Within minutes I received an email notification stating the pump I chose is an upgraded one and there was a fee involved, I chose to move forward with it anyways. I soon received an email billing noticed, I paid for it and within again a few minutes I received an email confirmation on the delivery date after I signed the documents.

Any soon to be mommas out there who is looking for a company to deal with your insurance company directly for a free breast pump, please let them handle it! I’m still unsure why others left such a negative review since the company is very responsive and provide every detail needed to complete the service. You won’t regret it! Let them do the work for you since having a baby and preparing for the baby is already stressful! Thank you again, Milk N Mamas Baby!!!

2019-I googled companies that handles insurance claims for electronic breast pumps and came across Milk n Mamas Baby. I’m not due until May 2019 and thought I’d get a head start on ordering my breast pump. I submitted my information on Feb 9th a few days later I submitted my script for it. Feb 23rd I received my breast pump that I chose without having to pay anything out of pocket.

After submitting my original information, I decided to read the Google reviews and was worried that I would run into issues from some of the negative reviews I read. I did not have any issues during this process and I really didn’t have to do much on my end. I also, called the company to see when my breast pump would be delivered and the staff was very nice providing me with further information on the shipping status. I would suggest using this company to handle your claim if you do not want to do the leg work yourself! Don’t let the bad reviews deter you from working with Milk N Manmas Baby!
